A Case Study of Strategical Human Resource Management in a Big-Scale Enterprise from Matching Perspective
ZHU Bin,ZHANG Jialiang,FAN Xueling,LIU Jun
Based on the view of fits in strategic human resources and by adopting qualitative method to collect and analyze the first-and second-hand data, we aim to explore what the Country Garden Group has done in its human resource management during the process of its scale up gradation. We found that in order to adapt to the changing external environment and meet the internal organization’s growing needs, its relevant human resource management practices changed revolving around the goal of being external fit, horizontal fit and vertical fit. The essence of external fit is “hierarchical simplification, first-line focus, differentiated management and decentralization”, and characterized by “organizational agility”; horizontal fit refers to the comprehensive integration of recruitment, talent cultivation and development, talent retention, and is characterized by “flexible interaction”; vertical fit is the self-adjustment of various human resource management practices (recruitment, incentive, etc.) and has a characteristic of “efficient adaptation”. The well combination of the three types of fits provides a useful guidance for enriching the literature of strategic human resource management as well as the enterprises’ practices.

Research on the Growth Model of Chinese Traditional Enterprises through QinjianChijian
PAN Ancheng,WANG Ying,CHANG Yufan
Under Chinese culture background, Qinlao&Jiejianas a Chinese traditional virtue exists in the daily organization of Chinese enterprises. What is the internal organizational principle that Qinlao&Jiejian promotes the development of traditional Chinese enterprises? This study finds from the retrospective analysis of the rise and fall of the Qiao merchants of Shanxi that: first of all, during the “prosperous years” and “lean years” of Chinese traditional enterprises,Qinlao&Jiejian conform to Guanxi. Secondly, in the daily organizational behavior, Qinlao that pays attention to Guanxi improves organizational and learning skills, while Jiejian that pays attention to Guanxi improves status and organizational capabilities. Finally, Qinlao&Jiejian are very complementary to each other in the daily organizational behavior, and they both play economic roles in raising income and reducing expenditure, and organizational roles in the enhancement of resource capacity. The findings suggest that the daily organizational behavior dominated by Qinlao&Jiejian can effectively promote the sustainable development of enterprises. The solution of this problem not only provides a Chinese solution for modern enterprise management, but also plays an important role in constructing the theory of enterprise management with Chinese characteristics.

The Effect of High-Performance Work System Attributions on Counterproductive Work Behavior: The Moderating Role of Union Practices
HU Enhua,HU Jingjing,SHAN Hongmei,ZHANG Maolong
Based on the Conservation of Resources Theory, this study explores and analyzes the influence mechanism of high-performance work system attributions on counterproductive work behavior by questionnaire survey on 264 employees from Jiangsu, Anhui, Zhejiang, and Shanghai province. This paper uses structural equation to test the research model. It arrives at the main conclusions as follows: the different attributions of high-performance work system have different effects on employees' counterproductive work behavior. The well-being attributions of high-performance work system can significantly reduce employees' counterproductive work behavior, while the performance attributions of high-performance work system can significantly increase employees' counterproductive work behavior. Positive emotion mediates well-being attributions of high performance work system and counterproductive productive behavior while negative emotion mediates performance attribution of high performance work system and counterproductive productive behavior. Union practice plays a moderating role between performance attribution of high performance work system and negative emotion, whereas it is not significant between well-being attribution of high performance work system and positive emotion.

Research on the Effect of Perceived Electronic Human Resource Management Change on Employee’s Change-Supportive Behavior
LI Jin,QIN Weiping,ZHOU Lulu
Promoted by Internet thinking and technologies, the status of employees has been improved unprecedentedly. The reform of e-HRM fully stimulates employee’s subjective function of value creation, and help enterprises win the competitive advantage of the Internet age. With the reference of the three phases of sense-making, i.e. attending to event, discovering meaning, and guiding behaviors, and from the perspective of employee’s perception of e-HRM change, this study is intended to analyze the formation of employee’s change-supportive behavior, and demonstrate how the strategic function of e-HRM is reflected in employee’s thinking and behavior. A paired questionnaire survey of 728 employees and their supervisors reveals that: (1) the perception of e-HRM change motivates employees to make corresponding changes; (2) the motivation of employee’s change-supportive behavior is partly conveyed through the importance evaluation of employee; (3) IT self-efficacy has a positive moderating effect on employee’s sense-meaning.

Research on the Curvilinear Relationship and Its Effect Mechanism between Perceived Overqualification and Employee Intrapreneurship
ZHANG Jianping,LIU Shanshi,LI Huanrong
Based on self-regulation theory, using 266 two-stage survey data recovered from 16 technology-based enterprises, the study explored the relationship between perceived overqualification and employee intrapreneurship and investigated the mediating effect of intrapreneurial self-efficacy and the moderating effect of chronic regulatory focus. The results showed that perceived overqualification had an inverted U-shaped relationship with employee intrapreneurship and this relationship was mediated by intrapreneurial self-efficacy, while chronic regulatory focus moderates this mediating effect. Specifically, when the chronic regulatory focus was dominated by prevention focus, the curvilinear indirect effect of perceived overqualification on employee intrapreneurship mediated by intrapreneurial self-efficacy was stronger, while such curvilinear indirect effect became weaker when the chronic regulatory focus was dominated by promotion focus.

A Research on the Relationship among Entrepreneurial Passion, Regulatory Mode and Effectuation
DENG Shuting,CUI Lianguang,YAN Xu
Based on social cognitive theory, we intend to understand how and when entrepreneurial passion is related to effectuation.Specifically, we investigate the mediating role of self-regulatory mode and the moderating role of environmental uncertainty, and reveal the mechanism and boundary conditions of entrepreneurial passion on effectuation. The results reveal that ①entrepreneurial passion has a positive effect on effectuation; ②entrepreneurial passion promotes effectuation through the mediating path of locomotion, and inhibits effectuation through the mediating path of assessment; ②environmental uncertainty moderates the mediating effect of locomotion between entrepreneurial passion and effectuation. However, environmental uncertainty has no significant moderating effect on the mediating role of locomotion between entrepreneurial passion and effectuation.

Research on the Effects of Team Leadership on Transactive Memory Systems of Entrepreneurial Teams
LI Wei,FENG Zhuzhu,TAN Liyan,WANG Qing
This study embeds the research of TMS in the entrepreneurial context, and explores the effects mechanism of TMS of entrepreneurial teams under the consideration of internal and external contingency factors from the perspective of team leadership. Empirical analysis using 178 new enterprise data show that transformational leadership (TFL) and transactional leadership (TAL) have positive impacts on TMS of entrepreneurial teams; the positive relationship between TFL and TMS of entrepreneurial teams is positively modulated by team heterogeneity and reflexivity, but team reflexivity negatively modulates the relationship of TAL and TMS; policy uncertainty positively modulates the positive relationship between TFL and TMS of entrepreneurial teams, while market uncertainty positively modulates the positive relationship between TAL and TMS of entrepreneurial teams. These conclusions indicate that the new ventures should match the transformational and transactional team leadership styles according to internal and external context to promote the formation of TMS of entrepreneurial teams.

The Impact of Relationship Quality before Customer Defection on Win-Back Intention
LIU Wei,WANG Zongshui,ZHAO Hong
The current research examines the impact of relationship quality on the win-back intention of defected customers, moderating roles of transgressions in the relation between relationship quality and win-back intention and mediating roles of perceived betrayal in the above process from the perspective of transgressions by two experiments. The results show that relationship quality plays a key role in customers’ win-back intention. Specifically, transgressions moderate the effects of relationship quality on perceived betrayal and on customers’ win-back, and when the company has control (vs. uncontrol) over the transgression, relationship quality negatively (vs. positively) affects the customers’ win-back intention. The study also verifies that perceived betrayal mediates the above moderation. Furthermore, the study investigates the different effects of win-back strategies on customers’ win-back intention. For customers with high relationship quality, an apology strategy is more effective than monetary compensation in the context of controllable transgression.

A Case Study on the Tourism Marketing Operation Model and Innovation Path Based on Value Co-Creation
LI Yanqin,CHEN Lingfei,YU Fangyuan
This paper adopts the case study method, using the second season of Fliggy’s “Mystery Travel” as a marketing case. Based on consumer experience value co-creation theory, tourism marketing model and innovation path are discussed. This paper constructs the value co-creation engagement model which is verified by the case study. The model answers the questions “what factors influence value co-creation”and“how they influencevalue co-creation”. The results are as follows. The tourism marketing operation model based on co-creation is constructed. This model consists of a co-creation value center and enterprises’ marketing support system. The co-creation value center mainly includes enterprises, special consumers, and general consumers. This model emphasizes the consumers’ experience value matters equally to the value of business performance. This paper proposes five innovation paths to achieve value creation tourism marketing, including enhancing perceptual interaction, improving perceived accessibility, improving perceived fairness, improving input-output ratio, and conducting reasonable sales promotion.

Research on Performance Investment and Advertising Pricing Decisions of Online Service Platform with Network Externalities
SHI Lili,LIN Jun
In order to balance user experience and enterprise profit, the online service platform sponsored by advertisers needs to determine the level of investment in platform performance and advertising pricing strategy. In this study, the online service platform with direct and indirect network externalities sponsored by advertisers is taken as the research object. Based on the three-stage game model, the platform performance investment and advertising pricing strategies in monopoly and duopoly scenarios are studied. The results show that: the performance investment and advertising pricing of the platform increase with the increase of the platform’s direct network externality, and the platform should focus on the improvement of user stickiness in the monopoly scenario; while in the duopoly scenario, the stronger the substitution between platforms, the easier it is for users and advertisers to turn to the other platform, and the platform should continue to improve the differentiated competitiveness and reduce the platform’s reliance on direct network externalities.

Project Buffer Management Based on Activity Resilience
ZHANG Junguang,JI Fei
In order to improve the comprehensive performance of the project, the project buffer is determined based on the operating cost of activities. We therefore propose a new concept, Project resilience, to indicate and determine the buffer that should be taken from the activity duration. A buffer monitoring model with good buffer redistribution capability is next established based on the setting of rolling periods and the cumulative buffer. The simulation results show that the proposed method can significantly reduce the warning frequency, especially the red warning frequency, and can improve the adverse trend of traditional buffer monitoring methods that red warning frequency increases with the implementation of the project. Compared with the static buffer monitoring method and the relative buffer monitoring method, the project cost and the comprehensive performance of the proposed method are greatly improved. Therefore, it can effectively reduce the cost of the project and ensure the project completed on time.

The Relationship between Emergency Shelter Perception and Evacuation Behavior
YU Xiaoyu,XIE Kefan,LIANG Benbu
In order to explore the influence mechanism of public emergency shelter perception on evacuation behavior, this study constructs a theoretical model based on behavioral geography theory, which contains five variables: risk perception, safety awareness, evacuation experience, emergency shelter perception and evacuation behavior. According to the valid sample data, the proposed model is empirically tested by the structural equation model. The results show that emergency shelter perception, risk perception and safety awareness have a significant positive impact on evacuation behavior. Risk perception and safety awareness have a partial mediation effect on evacuation behavior through emergency shelter perception. Evacuation experience has a significant moderating effect in the process of risk perception on evacuation behavior.
