Abstract:In order to examine the different effects of different kinds of knowledge transfer on younger employees’ innovative behavior, this paper took 202 younger doctors as research objectives and collected the data. The results of Smart PLS on the data showed that, Offline Intergenerational Knowledge Transfer (IGKT), Online IGKT, and Online peer-to-peer knowledge transfer (PPKT) have positive impacts on younger employees’ innovative behavior, but Offline PPKT is not significantly related to younger employees’ innovative behavior; compared with (offline or online) PPKT, the effect of (offline or online) IGKT on younger employees’ innovative behavior is stronger; and compared with Offline Knowledge Transfer, the positive impact of Online Knowledge Transfer on younger employees’ innovative behavior is stronger, both for IGKT and PPKT.
