Work performance is the micro foundation on which organizational performance is built. It is meaningful for improving employees' efficiency to discuss the relationship between work performance and other organizational variables. This article discusses the relationship between performance and person-organization culture fit, and finds out that organizational commitment is an intervening variable of them. It establishes a relationship model and puts forwards managerial advices for firms to improve the work performance from the aspect of culture fit.
