From the perspective of job demandresources model, this research aims to investigate the mediation mechanism and mediating factors between authentic leaders and employee job attitude. Through 343 questionnaires, the research finds out that authentic leadership has significant positive influence on job engagement and organizational commitment. Trust climate fully mediates the relationship of authentic leadership and job engagement, organizational commitment. Individualism has moderating influence on trust climate and job engagement, organizational commitment.
