Through data from 256 employees and their supervisors, this article finds out that leader-member exchange reported by supervisors and their subordinates respectively really has some moderating effect on the relationship between organizational inducements and employee's contribution. Supervisors think that a good leader-member exchange can contribute to the social exchange of organization and employee which could make organizational inducements get more employees' contributions. And employees also think that a good leadermember exchange will improve their organizational commitments.
