Abstract: Objective To analyze the regulation mechanism of psychological resilience between bullying behaviors and academic investment of nursing undergraduates. Methods Convenient sampling was used to select 234 nursing undergraduates as the research objects, and they were investigated by using self-designed general information questionnaire, Bullying Behaviors in Nursing Education Scale, the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale and College Students' Academic Investment Questionnaire. Results The total score of academic investment, psychological resilience and bullying behavior of nursing undergraduates in this group was 63.93±10.78, 83.68±14.63, and 15.00(6.00,21.00), respectively. The psychological resilience of nursing undergraduates was negatively correlated with bullying behavior (rs=-0.201, P=0.002), but positively with academic investment (rs=0.489, P<0.001), and bullying behavior was negatively correlated with academic investment(rs=-0.436, P<0.001). Psychological resilience had a moderating effect between bullying behavior and academic investment of nursing undergraduates (β=-0.008, P<0.001).Simple slope analysis showed that under the condition of high psychological resilience and low psychological resilience, the impact of bullying behavior on academic investment was statistically significant(β=-0.362, P<0.001; β=-0.126, P=0.025 ). Johnson-Neyman analysis showed that the boundary value of the regulatory effect of psychological resilience between bullying behavior and academic investment was 67.550. Conclusion Psychological resilience can regulate the relationship between bullying behavior and academic investment of nursing undergraduates, which provides a new approach to improve the academic investment of nursing undergraduates in the future.
