Study on the “Family Culture ” Thought of Traditional Private Enterprises—Minsheng Company
LI Fei,ZOU Tingting
The management concept, organizational behavior and mode of operation of modern private enterprises all reflect the deep-rooted influence of “family culture.” The “harmoniousness”, “honesty”, and “humanism” in the “family culture” are the foundations for building an excellent corporate culture. With special historical conditions, Minsheng Company has taken the traditional “family culture” as its foundation, combined with advanced corporate management ideas, successfully shaped the company culture of “harmony and cooperation”, “benevolence and honesty”, “people-oriented” and “multiple win-win”. The excellent thoughts of the Minsheng Company’s culture and valuable experience in the creation process still have a very important reference to the contemporary enterprises to shape the corporate culture.

An Research of “Ju”: Based on Social Interaction and Events System Theory
ZHANG Xu,YAN Jin
“Ju” is an interactional process including stated objective and multi-subjects, which also can be comprehended as a whole chain of events. Based on social interaction perspective, the stakeholders arrange their interaction actions according to the purpose of Ju. The direction of interaction is the tendency of Ju. The state of interaction in a short time is the situation of Ju. The dynamic mechanism of Ju which is formed by an intentional action is different from the dynamic mechanism of Ju which is natural evolution. In the light of the strength people get resources and maintain relations in social interaction, Ju can be divided into four types. Based on events system theory, Ju can be interpreted as the evolution process of events chain. The characteristic of events influences the tendency and situation of Ju. The relationship between events can be viewed as the action feedback after the stakeholders interpreting the information. The value judgment standard of events characteristics comes from two perspectives. One is the goal orientation of the stakeholders. The other one is the subject features of Ju. The influence of personal orientation and Ju orientation on events judgement are the important reasons of the changed tendency of Ju.

Structural Embeddedness, Relational Governance, and Interfirm Relationship Quality in the Network of Marketing Channels
FENG Chao,ZHUANG Guijun,ZHANG Chuang,LI Ruqi
Based on social network theory, this study investigates the impact of network structural embeddedness on interfirm relational governance. The research hypotheses are tested with multiple regression analysis method based on 288 survey samples from manufacturers. The results show that the network intensity of grouped distributors and the centrality of a distributor in the network respectively have positive effects on a manufacturer’s adoption of two relational governance behaviors, i.e., joint planning and joint problem solving, which in turn significantly affect the manufacturer’s perceived relationship quality. In addition, by conducting an ex-post analysis, we also find that the network intensity of grouped distributors and the centrality of the distributor in the network may have both a direct and indirect, through the relational governance, effect on the manufacturer’s perceived relationship quality.

Impact of Abusive Supervision on Employee Voice Behavior: A Study of the Mediating Role of the Dualistic Work Passion
XU Liming,ZHAO Shuming,ZHANG Min
This study examines the important effect of leader abusive supervision on employee voice behavior. Drawing on the self-determination theory and conservation of resource theory, this study looks deeper into the mediating role of the dualistic work passion between leader abusive supervision and employee voice behavior. Using the structural equation model method and so on, the empirical research results indicate that Leader abusive supervision has a significantly negative relationship with employee voice behavior. Employee harmonious work passion and obsessive work passion play partial mediating roles in the relationship between leader abusive supervision and employee voice behavior, that is, leader abusive supervision significantly reduces employee harmonious work passion and increases obsessive work passion, which both reduce employee voice behavior hereupon.

A Study on the Influence Path that Industry-University-Research Institute Collaboration Network Exerts on the Academic Performance of Academic Teams
ZHANG Yi,LONG Minglian,ZHU Guilong
Taking the academic research teams in the Industry-University-Research Institute (IUR) collaboration network as the research sample, this study attempts to reveal the influence mechanism between IUR collaboration network and academic performance of academic teams. It is found that there are two influence paths that IUR collaboration network affects academic performance of academic teams. More specifically, the one path is that IUR collaboration network has a no-linear (inverted U-shaped) effect on exploratory learning, and then exploratory learning further has a linear (positive) effect on academic performance of academic teams. Another path is that IUR collaboration network has a linear (positive) effect on exploitative learning, and then exploitative learning has a no-linear (inverted U-shaped) effect on academic performance of academic teams.

Interlock Network, Institutional Environment and Charitable Donation of Private Enterprises: An Embeddedness Perspective
BAO Fenghua,ZHAO Yapu,TIAN Longwei,LI Yuan
Based on the embeddedness perspective, this paper discusses the impact of the social network structure on the charitable donation behavior of enterprises, as well as the moderating role of the institutional environment. Based on the data of the board of directors of listed companies in China from 2004~2014, the interlock network of listed companies was constructed, and the private enterprises were used as the research samples. The results show that the centrality of interlock network will increase the possibility of corporate charitable donations, and the structure hole will reduce the possibility of corporate charitable donations. The study also found that the institutional environment (the degree of marketization) of the enterprise location will affect the relationship between structural holes and charitable donations. With the increase of marketization, the effect of structural holes on charitable donations will be more prominent. The research in this paper deepens our understanding on the causes of corporate charitable donations.

Research on Corporate Social Responsibility Investment Strategy Based on the Application of Fuzzy Qualitative Comparative Analysis
ZHANG Hong,FAN Yili,LI Xule
Based on the stakeholder theory, this study takes the Chinese A-share listed food companies as research samples, to explore the social responsibility investment strategy optimization method under different nature of property rights and enterprise competitive position through fuzzy qualitative comparative analysis. It is found that investor dimension is at the top position of the combination of social responsibility strategy in Chinese food enterprises, and the social responsibility represented by charitable donations is non-essential. After incorporating the property rights and competitive status as situational factors, the portfolio of strategies shows diversification. State-owned food enterprises have a more diversified investment strategy for stakeholders and more comprehensive social responsibilities than non-state-owned enterprises. Enterprises with middle and low status in the food industry need to implement more comprehensive social responsibility.

Towards a Big Data Resource Model for Social Media Platforms
WANG Yang,CAI Shuqin
This paper expounds the importance of building a resource-based view for social media platforms and defines social media big data resources and products. Aiming at building a systematic conceptual model of social media big data resources, this paper develops a standardized “Actor-Action-Object” framework that describes users’ various online activities, which are the ultimate origins of corresponding data resources. The data model gives implications for understanding the data resources’ taxonomy, distribution, and characteristics, and helps platforms draw up adapted data resource management strategies to achieve more efficient resource development and value transformation. This model is superior to current models in accuracy, integrity, expandability, integrity, and understandability. A case study is conducted at last to demonstrate the process of implementing the model to gain valuable insights from a data resource management perspective.

The Process Innovation of Competing Supply Chains under Cost Reduction
ZHAO Haixia,AI Xingzheng
This study established a competing supply chain model that the manufacturer would decide whether to invest in process innovation to reduce the production cost. With the game theory of Stackelberg and the benchmarking of no innovation, it is identified that the game equilibrium conditions and dominant equilibrium of process innovation can improve the supply chain members’ performance. The results show that investing in process innovation is a dominant equilibrium which will realize the win-win of manufacturer and retailer when the coefficient of innovation investment is relatively small and the competition is relatively weak, or when the coefficient of innovation investment is relatively large and no matter how the intensity of competition is. If the competitor doesn’t invest in the process innovation, the manufacturer in this supply chain investing in the process innovation will contribute the Pareto improvement to the whole supply chain system, which is not affected by the intensity of competition and coefficient of innovation investment. However, if the competitor invests in the process innovation, the process innovation with relatively small investment coefficient in this supply chain will improve the performance of the whole supply chain when horizontal competition is relatively weak. What is more, even when the horizontal competition is very fierce, the manufacturer can realize Pareto improvement of the whole supply chain system by investing in process innovation with larger investment coefficient.

The Research on Optimization of Disrupted Flights Recovery Problem
TIAN Qiannan,LI Kunpeng,LI Wenli,XU Dongyang
The mathematical optimization model is established to minimize the cost of recovery by using a variety of recovery strategy, and an improved Space-Time Network algorithm is put forward, which provides the dominant criterion and effectively reduces the number of combinations of recoverable lines. Finally, the CPLEX software is applied to solve the problem, by testing the real data of airline, it shows that the improved Space-Time Network algorithm proposed can rapidly reduce the solution space, and can obtain the optimal solution in a short time, and meets the real-time requirement of the airline. At the same time, the influence of flight delay on recovery scheme is analyzed, and through the comparison of the actual example test, the conclusion is given with guiding significance, that is, according to the characteristics of the airline to adjust the parameters not only reduces the economic loss of the airline, but also provides strong support for the operation of the airline.

Optimal Inventory and Pricing Decision of Fashion Apparel Retailer Considering Experience Service Efforts
CHEN Qi,XU Qi
The fashion features of fashion apparel continue to decrease in the sales period. Under such a circumstance, the apparel retailer tries to keep fashion by providing service efforts, such as experience service. In this study, we consider two situations that the clothes sell at fixed prices and sell at discounted prices during its selling period. Then, the optimal pricing and ordering decision are discussed. Further, the solve algorithm of models is designed using the Newton iteration method. Finally, the influence of discount factor and service effort parameter on retailer’s benefit is discussed. The research results show that for no-discount situation, the total profit of the retailer increases first and then decreases with the increase of service efforts that considered as exogenous variables. For discount situation, the retailer not only can increase the profitability by providing services, but also decrease prices appropriately to forward the discounts time point and shorten sales cycles. When the marginal benefit of the experience service effort is small, the retailer should reduce the input of the experience service effort; on the contrary, the apparel retailer has the motivation to improve the experience service.
