Abstract:The management concept, organizational behavior and mode of operation of modern private enterprises all reflect the deep-rooted influence of “family culture.” The “harmoniousness”, “honesty”, and “humanism” in the “family culture” are the foundations for building an excellent corporate culture. With special historical conditions, Minsheng Company has taken the traditional “family culture” as its foundation, combined with advanced corporate management ideas, successfully shaped the company culture of “harmony and cooperation”, “benevolence and honesty”, “people-oriented” and “multiple win-win”. The excellent thoughts of the Minsheng Company’s culture and valuable experience in the creation process still have a very important reference to the contemporary enterprises to shape the corporate culture.
