Abstract:This paper analyses the cognitive mistakes of taking “the culture of corporate” and “the culture of supervisors” for the corporate culture, and redefine the connotation of corporate culture from the “daooriented” perspective. At the same time, we conclude the generation mechanism of “daooriented” corporate culture by reflecting the problems of the source, subject, route and implementation of the past generation mechanism. Finally, the paper tentatively explores the nature of companies and management from the “daooriented” perspective.
