Abstract：Similar to the team mental model as the representation of team knowledge，the temporal team mental model(TTMM) is the representation of the time of teams. Focusing on the shortage of the studies related to team-shared temporal understanding, this paper expands the connotation of the construct of temporal team mental model based on dimension theory of time and team mental model theory. We also develop the measuring scales of TTMM to lay the conceptual foundations for the further studies of team-shared temporal understanding.
