再问管理学 ——“管理学在中国”质疑

摘要从管理学的边界、管理学的基础研究、中国管理学、直面管理实践、管理学者自我管理5个方面对我国管理研究现状进行了反思，提出了一些值得深思的相关问题，期待能够推动我国管理学发展的真知灼见。

Abstract：This paper reflects the status quo of management research from the following five aspects: the boundary of management, the basic research of management, management in China, facing the management practice and the selfmanagement of the management scholars. It arises several questions which are worthy of deep thinking and is expected to promote China’s management development.
