Abstract:Emphasizing the theory innovation in Chinese indigenous management, the research methods innovation is necessary to be focused on. This paper argues that mirror organization research method, which can describe the mental activity of human in management, has the rationality and feasibility. Also, this method can help scholars to develop the research resources in the literature.
