Based on the analysis of 104 papers from CSSCI journals, this paper reviewed the Oriental Management Research results from the 19942008,it's performance and theoretical development,to summed up the study of oriental management, the method and the major problems, elaborated on the management of the East research challenges. Research on Oriental Management needs from three dimensionsscientific, artistic and moral nature focusing on “person” and “organizations” under the oriental humanities and social scenario context. With emphasis on empirical research and case studies to strengthen international exchanges.
