It has great theoretical and practical significance to study Chinese management practice and this paper focuses on the path of Chinese management practice research. First，it argues that we must obey two principles when we study the path of Chinese management practice research, which are drawing on normal research methods in international range and analysis with Chinese special scenario variables. The paper further defines the path of Chinese management practice research as followings: raising questions from practical problems which companies have to confront with; proposing theories by systematizing literatures and combining with Chinese special scenario variables in this process. Meanwhile，we choose case study as the research method. Finally，the papers divides the study of Chinese management practice into three phases，namely the phase of small range research，the phase of systemic research and the phase of integrated research.
