Abstract：Indigenous academic should be established on the conjunction of both Eastern and Western civilization. With the Western way of analytical thinking to analyze the Chinese cultural tradition, it will produce cultureinclusive theories in different fields of social sciences, which not only has a great impact on China, but also be a challenge to the western scientific theory. As for research on the Chinese local sociality, the construction of the West’s most outstanding scholars of social networks, structured way of the relationship thinking provides an invaluable inspiration. China’s own rise and development of Western theories will allow the indigenous management become the world’s theories tomorrow.
