How Do EMNEs Identify International Market Opportunities?——A Longitudinal Case Study Based on Loctek
SU Mengmeng,FENG Yongchun,LI Ziyu,CAO Xinrui
Based on the rule-based reasoning logics, this study takes Loctek as the case analysis object, deeply analyzes the rules and evolution mechanism behind the international market opportunity identification of EMNEs. The findings are as follows: ①In the early stage of internationalization, EMNEs mainly identify international market opportunities based on simple rules such as perception, experience and action. With the deepening of internationalization, they begin to revise the rules based on internal operations, external situations and active trial and error, and gradually change to identify international market opportunities based on complex rules such as analysis, calculation and prediction. ②The dynamic change of the international situation drives the main body of opportunity identification to gradually change from individual managers to enterprise organizations, prompting EMNEs to constantly adjust and revise the international market opportunity identification rules, showing a trend of evolution from simple rules to complex rules.

Research on Influencing Factors and Role Mechanisms of the Willingness of Policy Recipients to Apply for Enterprise-Friendly Policies
LIU Li,ZHANG Yi,CHEN Bisha,FU Zitiang
Based on the depth interview materials of the policy recipients of enterprise-friendly policies, this study explores the deep-rooted factors affecting the policy recipients’ willingness to apply through the method of programmatic grounded theory. The investigation indicated that content matching, process rationalization, policy communication, policy access, and policy awareness are the main influencing factors on the willingness of policy recipients to apply; content matching, process rationalization and policy communication affect the willingness of policy recipients to apply by influencing policy awareness; and policy access affects the strength of the relationship between above three factors and policy awareness. After analysis, this study constructs a model of factors influencing the willingness of policy recipients to apply, and demonstrates the mechanism among these factors.

A Study of Policy Feedback on Maker Space
WEI Wu,XU Heyan
Based on the policy feedback theory, this study analyzes the causal and complex mechanism of reaching the policy objectives of the maker space industry taking the national data as a sample. It is found that, firstly, resource effect, explanation effect, evolution effect, learning effect, and business environment can reach the policy objectives in a group form. Secondly, the explanation effect is the key core condition to reach the policy objectives. In addition, there are obvious differences in the policy resources and intensity required for different policy objectives. Each policy objective generates five grouping paths, which are summarized into three configurations: the parallel driving type emphasizes the allocation of all-factor policy resources, the proactive type focuses on the explanatory effect as the key foundation, and the do-nothing configuration supplemented by other policy resources tends to rely on the market operation mechanism and encourages free growth.

Mechanism and Empirical Study of Digital Economy on the Upgrading of Manufacturing Structure
YUE Hu,ZHOU Zizhuo,TAN Yuetong
Building on the theoretical analysis of the impact of the digital economy on the upgrading of manufacturing structure, this study takes the perspective of producer services agglomeration and constructs an analytical framework of “Digital Economy-Producer Services Agglomeration-Upgrading of Manufacturing Structure”. And it uses the data of provinces, cities and manufacturing sub-sectors from 2011 to 2020 and conduct empirical tests to examine the impact of digital economy on the upgrading of manufacturing structure. It is found that digital economy can significantly promote the upgrading of manufacturing structure, and the conclusion is still convincing after some robustness tests such as instrumental variable method. Producer services agglomeration is an important mechanism of digital economy affecting the upgrading of manufacturing structure, and this mechanism effect is more realized through the agglomeration of high-tech producer services industries; there are obvious industrial and regional heterogeneity in the impact of digital economy on the upgrading of manufacturing structure.

Research on the Impact and Mechanism of Employee Intrapreneurship on Resistance to Change
FU Jingtao,GUO Shucong,ZHANG Liangting
Based on the extended-self theory, this study constructs a theoretical model using questionnaire data from 338 employees across three different time points. It delves into the mechanism and boundary of employee intrapreneurship on resistance to change. The results indicate that employee intrapreneurship has a significant positive effect on resistance to change; Job psychological ownership plays a mediating role between employee intrapreneurship and resistance to change; Perceived organizational justice moderates the relationship between job psychological ownership and resistance to change; The higher degree of perceived organizational justice, the weaker the relationship between job psychological ownership and resistance to change. At the same time, it moderates the mediating effect of employee intrapreneurship on resistance to change through job psychological ownership.

Research on the Impact of New Infrastructure Construction on Regional Innovation and Entrepreneurship Activity
WANG Yafei,SHI Ming,LIU Jing,HUANG Huanhuan
Using a sample of 30 provinces in China excluding Tibet, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan, from 2011~2021, this study investigates the impact and mechanism of new infrastructure construction on regional innovation and entrepreneurship activity. It is found that the new infrastructure construction has a significant innovation and entrepreneurship promotion effect, which is more pronounced in manufacturing and services, in the information infrastructure and innovation infrastructure dimensions, and in regions with a lower quartile of market potential. From the perspective of action mechanism, except for the insignificant moderating effect of labour market integration, the integration of commodity and capital markets, and regional innovation linkages, all significantly strengthen the innovation and entrepreneurship promotion effect of new infrastructure construction. Further research also finds that the impact of new infrastructure construction on innovation and entrepreneurship activity has a threshold characteristic of “suppressing-facilitating-slowing”, and that some western regions are still in the inhibition stage.

The Interaction between Hotel Robot Inclusive Service Positioning and Social Class on Customer Citizenship Behavior
SUN Jianxin,MA Baolong,LI Xiaofei
Based on the empathy theory, the interaction mechanisms and boundary conditions of hotel robot inclusive service positioning and social class on customer citizenship behavior were discussed. Through three situation experiments, the results show that for the lower social classes, robot inclusive service positioning is more effective in promoting customer citizenship behavior than non-inclusive service positioning. For the higher social classes, there is no significant difference in the impact of robot inclusive and non-inclusive service positioning on customer citizenship behavior. The interaction between robot inclusive service positioning and social class influences customer citizenship behavior. Customer effective empathy plays a mediating role, while other-group orientation has a significant moderating effect. When other group orientation is high, individuals from the higher social class will significantly promote customer citizenship behavior when facing hotel inclusive service positioning.

Offline Channel Expansion Strategy for E-Commerce Platform with Customer Returns
XIE JUN
This study analyzes the e-commerce platform’s offline channel strategy and the value of the offline channel expansion, from the perspective of consumer returns. The expected utility function of consumers in different channels and two-stage dynamic game model under asymmetric context are established respectively. Through solving these models, the optimal decision, product demand and profits of both sides of the supply chain are obtained. Based on these, the impact of offline channel expansion on the supply chain equilibrium, consumer behavior and consumer welfare is analyzed. The results show that: The e-commerce platform has an incentive to expand offline channel from the perspective of increasing market share and reducing product return rates; However, the e-commerce platform may not be able to make more profits when the e-commerce platform introduces offline channel, which depends on the cost of offline channel. The expansion of offline channel by the e-commerce platform will lead to channel migration behaviors for consumers. In addition, it will improve consumer welfare and the profitability of the manufacturer and supply chain systems under asymmetric information.

Research on Bidimensional Extension Strategy of Product Line under Dual-Channel Supply Chain
ZHANG Juan,HAO Meng,HUANG Jian
Focusing on the horizontal and vertical product line extension strategies in different dimensions, this study constructs a dynamic game model between manufacturer and retailer in the context of traditional channel and dual-channel, analyzes the conditions for manufacturer to carry out the two-dimensional product line extension, and examines the impact of manufacturer’s channel invasion on system equilibrium. The results show that manufacturer will carry out two-dimensional product line extension when the horizontal design cost of the product is small and the production cost is moderate, and the product line extension strategy is affected by both product competition and cost efficiency. The manufacturer’s channel invasion increases the possibility of two-dimensional extension of product line, but the use of dual-channel for product line extension is not always optimal, which is determined by consumers’ acceptance of direct sales channel and production cost. In addition, under the two-dimensional product line extension strategy, the manufacturer who engages in channel invasion may result in a lose-lose situation.

Research on the Impact of Financial Openness on Dynamic Adjustment of Corporate Capital Structure
CHENG Xinsheng,LIU Zhenhua,XU Nuo
Based on the data of Chinese A-share listed firms from 2006 to 2020, this study explores the influence and mechanism of financial openness on dynamic adjustment of capital structure. The results show that financial openness improves dynamic adjustment of capital structure, and the relationship is more significant in the samples of non-state-owned and financially underdeveloped regions with small asset scale, as well as export-oriented enterprises. The mechanism test shows that financial openness significantly alleviates financing constraints of enterprises, thus increasing the speed of capital structure adjustment. Finally, this study also finds that financial openness increases the probability of capital structure adjustment by increasing debt and reducing equity when capital structure deviates downward from the target value, or reducing debt and increasing equity when capital structure deviates upward from the target value.

The Price Spillover Effect of Steam Coal Market, Refined Oil Market and LNG Market in China
ZHOU Ying,XIAO Jianzhong,PENG Jiachao
This study estimated the rate of returns on steam coal, refined oil and LNG ranging from 2014 to 2021, and investigated the mean spillover, asymmetric volatility spillover and dynamic correlations among the three energy product markets. The investigation indicates that there are significant spillover effects of variables in the sample period. Refined oil market has a bidirectional spillover effect with steam coal market and LNG market in the mean spillover and the volatility spillover, respectively. It seems that refined oil market is the nexus of spillover which connects steam coal market and LNG market, playing a regulatory role. Significant asymmetric characteristics exist in the volatility spillover among the three energy product markets and their own volatility. The LNG market has promoted the integration of traditional energy markets. It is the source of price spillover, and the risk of steam coal market and refined oil market will be aggravated with the volatility in its price.
