Abstract Based on the moral decision-making process, this study focuses on the influence of team performance pressure on team members’unethical pro-team behavior through the analysis of 486 samples from 96 innovation project teams. It is found that team performance pressure has a significant positive impact on team members’ unethical pro-team behavior, and team members’ moral disengagement plays a partial mediating role; Team identity positively moderates the positive relationship between team performance pressure and team members’ moral disengagement, and team members’ bottom-line mentality positively moderates the positive relationship between moral disengagement and unethical pro-team behavior.
