Abstract Based on the extended-self theory, this study constructs a theoretical model using questionnaire data from 338 employees across three different time points. It delves into the mechanism and boundary of employee intrapreneurship on resistance to change. The results indicate that employee intrapreneurship has a significant positive effect on resistance to change; Job psychological ownership plays a mediating role between employee intrapreneurship and resistance to change; Perceived organizational justice moderates the relationship between job psychological ownership and resistance to change; The higher degree of perceived organizational justice, the weaker the relationship between job psychological ownership and resistance to change. At the same time, it moderates the mediating effect of employee intrapreneurship on resistance to change through job psychological ownership.
