How Do Latecomers Gain Competitive Advantages——Exploration of Ecological Management Thought of
LI Min,ZHOU Jie,ZENG Hao,XIE Bijun,XIANG Menglong
In response to the growth problems of latecomers, this paper analyzes the whole process from latecomer to leading in the domestic software industry leader Kingdee through longitudinal case study methods. We found that the competitive advantage of the latecomer enterprise comes from the niche advantage of the enterprise in the process of catch-up, and the essence of the catch-up problem is the optimization of its enterprise niche. Product innovation, management innovation and business innovation are important corporate practices to support enterprise niche optimization. Meanwhile, the window of opportunities and strategic objectives drive the realization of the above practices respectively. Also, the research revealed that the ecological management thought of Xu shaochun faces realistic problems, and it is helpful for improving the enterprise’s competitive ability and supporting it to catch up successfully.

A Comparative Study of Traditional Contingency Management between China and the West
GONG Jiangang,SUN Yan,LIANG Jiping,HE Junhang
There are abundant contingency management thoughts in traditional culture. However, they are still unfamiliar to the domestic management academia. Based on the traditional classics, this study makes a theoretical research on the contents, characteristics and management value of traditional contingency theory compared with Western contingency theory using the comparative research method. The research shows that, compared with the Western contingency theory, the traditional contingency thought is essentially a supplement to the daily rules,is strictly restricted by morality and justice, and emphasizes the sages’ importance. Besides, the traditional contingency theory highlights the spiritual aspect of human beings and belongs to the category of practical wisdom rather than theoretical knowledge. These characteristics also make it aneffective supplement to the Western contingency theory in many aspects, and can effectively solve difficult problems such as “what is the purpose” “what should be done” “how to do” and so on.

Research on the Characteristics and Antecedents of Shared Leadership in Service Teams Based on Case Study
HAO Po,TAN Le,WANG Zichen
This paper examined the characteristics and antecedents of shared leadership in service team based on three stores of S firm by using multiple-case study. The results showed that, compared with the program and innovation teams, due to the more ambiguous work boundaries between employees and leaders, the more symmetrical information between consumer and employees, and the more diverse needs of consumers, shared leadership really existed in the service team. In addition, the manifestations of shared leadership are basically the same as that of project/service teams, whereas the difference is that team members have stronger “discourse power” and “sense of ownership” in the service team. The vertical empowering leadership has a positively effect on shared leadership via positive team emotional involvement and positive cohesion respectively; vertical directive leadership has a negatively effect on shared leadership via team negative emotional involvement and negative cohesion.

Research on the Influence of Enterprise Decision Logic on Enterprise Performance
MA Hongjia,LANG Chunting,XIAO Bin
In this paper, according to the environmental dynamics and the growth stage, four different decision-making situations are divided to study the influence of decision logic on enterprise performance. The research shows that in scenario 1 (low environmental dynamics, start-ups), effectuation and causation all have a positive impact on enterprise performance, there is no significant difference between them, and the interaction effect of them has a stronger positive impact on enterprise performance. In scenario 2 (low environmental dynamics, mature enterprises), effectuation has no positive impact on enterprise performance, while causation has a positive effect on enterprise performance, and the impact of causation is stronger than that of start-ups. In scenario 3 (high environmental dynamics, start-ups), effectuation has a positive impact on enterprise performance, while causation has a negative impact on enterprise performance. In scenario 4 (highly dynamic environment, mature enterprise), effectuation positively affects the enterprise performance, while causation has no negative impact on enterprise performance, and the effectuation has no significant difference between start-ups and mature enterprises.

An Accelerated Mechanism for the Internationalization of Latecomers in Emerging Markets——A Perspective of the Integration of Network and Resource Orchestration
YAN Yan,YE Guangyu,HUANG Sheng,WANG Pengcheng,ZHAO Wenli
Based on an exploratory longitudinal case study of China Southern Airlines, this study explores the accelerated mechanism of latecomers in the emerging markets according to the theoretical logic of “internationalization motivation-network-resource orchestration-accelerated internationalization”, from a perspective of the integration of network and resource orchestration. The research finds that: internationalization motivation acts on accelerated internationalization through network and resource orchestration; in the light of internationalization motivation, the latecomers build a suitable network that mainly includes the loose network, centralized network, and focused network. They change from a single network to the coexistence of multiple networks, from path-dependent to intentionally managed networks. With the flexible adjustment of the network, the resource orchestration process changes, meanwhile, the total volume of resources increases gradually, and their distribution of types tends to be balanced.

The Influence of Expatriate’s Career Delay of Gratification on Work Adjustment:Based on Compensation Theory
ZHOU Shunyi,SU Zhongxing
Based on compensation theory, this study investigated the influence and internal mechanism of career delay of gratification on work adjustment through the statistical analysis of 320 questionnaires, and analyzed the mediating role of emotional exhaustion, as well as the moderating role of family-work conflict and family supportive leadership. The results show that expatriates’ career delay of gratification improves work adjustment by reducing emotional exhaustion. The mediating effect of emotional exhaustion is moderated by family supportive leadership, that is, when the level of family supportive leadership is higher than a certain threshold, the mediating effect is not significant. Family to work conflict negatively moderate the negative relationship between career delay of gratification and emotional exhaustion and the positive relationship between career delay of gratification and work adjustment. In addition, the moderating effect of family to work conflict is moderated by family supportive leadership, that is, at high (versus low) level of family supportive leadership, low (versus high) level of family to work conflict is more conducive to promote the negative impact between career delay of gratification and emotional exhaustion and the positive impact between career delay of gratification and work adjustment.

Research on the Nonlinear Mechanism of Leader Narcissism’s Influence on Subordinates’ Voice Behavior
LI Min,DU Pengcheng
In order to solve the dispute in the mainstream literature, from the perspective of supervisors’ narcissism trait, this study established a model of leader narcissism’s influence on subordinates’ voice behavior, and explored the mediating role of employees’ psychological ownership and the moderating effects of power distance orientation. The research results showed that: there was a inverted-U shaped relationship between supervisor narcissism and subordinates’ voice behavior, that is, the moderate leader narcissism could benefit subordinates’ voice behavior, and both low and high levels of leader narcissism could in turn diminish subordinates’ voice behavior; psychological ownership mediated the inverted U-shaped relationship between leader narcissism and subordinates’ voice behavior; power distance orientation moderated the inverted-U shaped relationship between leader narcissism and subordinates’ voice behavior the inverted-U shaped relationship between leader narcissism and subordinates’ psychological ownership.

Online Reviews and APP Iterative Innovation: Moderation Effects of APP Visibility
FU Feng,CHEN Shuangying,WANG Jun
Based on resource dependency theory and signaling theory, this study views online reviews of users as the external information resources, and constructs a balance panel and uses a two-way fixed-effect model by taking the monthly apps of iOS stores in China as a research sample. explores the impacts of online reviews on APP iteration agility and iterative novelty, as well as the contextual effects of APP visibility. Results indicate the volume of online reviews is positively related to novelty and agility in APP innovation, and the visibility of APP enhances this promotion. And the valence of online reviews shows an inverted U-shaped relationship with novelty and agility. Furthermore, APP visibility enhances the inverted U-shaped relationship between online reviews on novelty and agility. However, APP visibility does not moderate the effects on the inverted U-shaped relationship between online reviews valence and iterative agility.

Research on the Difference of Promotion Effect between Mobile Terminal and PC Terminal from the Perspective of Information Processing
LI Zongwei,ZHANG Yanhui,ZHANG Chunkai
Combining the “S-R” theory and the elaboration likelihood model, this study uses Taobao’s discount and Winport as examples to compare the information processing and purchase decision behavior of mobile and PC consumers. The empirical results indicate that: affected by the choice of decision-making path, discount can increase sales more in the mobile terminal and the Winport can increase sales more in PC terminal. Product information intensity has a significant positive regulatory effect on the promotional consequence of Winpor. The match between Winport and PC, the match between discounts and mobile terminal are all affected by product characteristics. Because of the differences in information presentation characteristics between mobile and PC, consumers will adopt different information processing processes, resulting in differences in behavior responses.

Research on the Mediation and Moderation of How Global Brands Adopting Chinese Element Strategy Influencing Consumer Attitude
HUANG Haiyang,HE Jiaxun
This study takes perceived brand localness as representation of the effectiveness of Chinese elements and introduces the constructs of face and national traditions and analyzes how they influence brand preference. Two empirical analyses show that the positive effect of perceived brand localness on brand preference is mediated by national traditions, and the mediation effect of national traditions is stronger than that of quality and prestige. In addition, different dimensions of face exert differential moderation effects on the mediation effect. Desire to gain face positively moderates the mediation effect, while fear of losing face can not moderate.

Research on the Effect of Bilateral Platform Exclusive Trading Contract from the Perspective of Negotiating Power
LI Xiangchen,LI Kai
Aiming at the anti-competitive effect that may be caused by the exclusive trading behavior of bilateral platforms, this study classifies the exclusive trading behavior according to the exclusive strategic cooperation agreement and the mandatory exclusive trading agreement from the perspective of the negotiation game between platforms and merchants, and explores the preconditions and effects of the exclusive trading behavior. The research found that: The platform does not always provide exclusive strategic cooperation agreement or mandatory exclusive trading agreement. It is a favorable decision for both parties to provide non-exclusive trading agreement under a certain equilibrium condition. The signing of different types of exclusive transaction contracts depends on the difference of negotiation ability between platforms and the difference of exclusive capacity. The signing of exclusive strategic cooperation agreement will not have a negative impact on the market competition, while the signing of mandatory exclusive trade agreement will weaken the market competition among horizontal platforms, restrict the ownership of vertical merchants and reduce the profits of merchants.

Promotion and Pricing Considering E-Commerce Platforms’ Potential Demand Information Sharing
JIA Junxiu,MENG Qingqin,WU Tao
Aiming at a supply chain with a seller and two e-commerce platforms, and based on Stackelberg theory, we focus on product pricing and promotion decisions under the mode of only platform promotion (A) and of both the seller and platform promotion (B) when different potential demand information sharing strategies are adopted by the platforms. The research shows that no matter under what kind of promotion mode, there is a positive correlation between the price of products and the promotion cost efficiency of supply chain enterprises. The entry of the seller’s promotion not only increases the profit of the platform without information sharing, but also increases its own profits which will reach the maximum when both platforms share information. In mode A, a lower demand forecasting accuracy and higher promotion cost efficiency make that only one platform tends to partially share information. In mode B, when promotion cost efficiency is low and information prediction is more accurate, both platforms will actively share demand information. However, when the seller’s promotion cost efficiency is higher, the case that only one platform shares information is more beneficial to the platform.
