A sample composed of 131 subjects from China Unicom in AnHui was studied empirically to explore the relationship of the personal attributes and organizational commitment with turnover intention. Both Organizational commitment and locus of control were found to have a significant impact on turnover intention. so do other personal attributes except marriage. The organizational commitment was suggested to be the mediator between personal attributes and turnover intention, which can moderate the relationship between the locus of control and turnover intention.
