This paper examines the problem of supply chain coordination under the procurement environment with complete information. It is discussed how the three procurement auction mechanisms influence the coordination of supply chain, where there are n suppliers and 1 buyer and the market demand function is power. The three auction mechanisms are Catalog Auction, Two-Part Contract Auction initiated by Suppliers and Two-Part Contract Auction initiated by buyer, respectively. We propose that the second auction can achieve channel coordination for the supply chain, and so does the third mechanism when the buyer learns the supplier's minimal acceptable profit.
