老年人口腔健康相关生活质量及影响因素研究进展

摘要： 目的 通过对口腔健康相关生活质量在老年人群中的研究进展进行综述,系统梳理老年人口腔健康相关生活质量的影响因素理论,为开展老年人口腔健康相关生活质量促进活动提供科学的参考。方法 检索国内外相关文献,分析总结老年人口腔健康相关生活质量现状,并对影响因素及机制按“病因链”逻辑进行归纳总结。结果 目前研究多集中反映老年人口腔健康相关生活质量普遍较差,而在生活质量的影响路径方面,国内外研究均一致地认同口腔临床状况对老年人口腔健康相关生活质量起直接影响作用,其他因素起间接影响作用。结论 研究工具及研究设计上,国外研究比国内研究更为综合和深入。国内研究近年仍主要停留在横断面研究,而国外近年较多研究利用纵向追踪设计。在影响因素研究上,国外研究对影响因素研究更为全面,对影响机制研究更为量化。国内研究主要关注个人社会人口学因素、健康相关行为和口腔临床状况,而国外研究在此基础上涵盖更多外环境因素和社会心理学因素等。
