减重代谢患者围术期真实体验质性研究的Meta整合

Qualitative Research on Real Experience of Patients with Metabolic-bariatric Surgery: A Meta- synthesis

摘要： 目的 系统整合减重代谢患者围术期的真实体验。方法 计算机检索PubMed、The Cochrane Library、Web of Science、Embase、EBSCO、CINAHL、PsycINFO、中国知网、CBM、维普、万方数据库,收集关于减重代谢患者围术期真实体验的质性研究,检索时限为建库至2021年8月。采用澳大利亚JBI循证卫生保健中心质性研究质量评价标准对文献进行评价,并采用汇集性整合方法对结果进行整合。结果 共纳入14项研究,提炼35个明确的研究结果,将相似结果归纳组合形成14个新的类别,并综合成4个整合结果。术前的压力与挑战;术后幸福感的获得;术后负性体验;应对策略。结论 医护人员需要关注减重代谢患者在围术期自我管理过程中从心理调适到行为的改变,给予有效、及时的个体化指导,促进其减重代谢结局的改善和降低减重代谢术后发生并发症的风险,进而提升术后患者的生活质量。
