Research on the Process Mechanism of Digitalization Promoting Green Innovation in Manufacturing Enterprises
HU Antao,ZHANG Zhengang,YE Baosheng
Based on the perspective of digital resource orchestration, this study takes Gree Electric Appliances as the research object and adopts a vertical single case study method. The results are as follows:①digitalization promotes green innovation through three stages, namely the traditional green development stage, the green development stage with digitalization, and the green development stage embedded of digitalization. And green innovation has three dimensions, namely green technology innovation, green process innovation, and green organizational innovation. ②Digital resource orchestration follows the specific process of “digital resource construction—digital resource bundling—digital resource leveraging”, and has three different ways of “improved, integrated, and embedded”. ③In the traditional green development stage, enterprises achieve green technology innovation through improved orchestration mechanism. In the green development stage with digitalization, enterprises achieve green process innovation through integrated orchestration mechanism. In the green development stage embedded of digitalization, manufacturing firms achieve green organizational innovation through embedded orchestration mechanism.

The Construction Path of Chinese Management Research Rooted in Local Practice
GAO Zhonghua,LIN Chen,ZHANG Zhixue,ZHOU Jinlai,ZHAO Chen
Based on the perspective of scientific philosophy, this study took 15,663 articles from representative academic and practical journals in the field of management in China from 2013 to 2022 as the research objects and conducted co-occurrence analysis, emergence analysis, and temporal map analysis of keywords. The results reveal that the main reason for the difficulty of Chinese management research in addressing practical problems lies in the lack of breadth, depth, and timeliness to cover the majority of practical issues, explore complex problems, and keep up with changes in practice. Based on the aspects of breadth, depth, and timeliness, the study revealed the theoretical points for deepening the integration between management research and practice in China. In addition, this study proposed a pathway for enhancing breadth by broadening thinking orientation and examination standards, deepening depth through strengthening judgment criteria and support systems, and improving timeliness through enhancing research perspectives and innovative models.

Research on the Impact of Embeddedness of Industry Association on Enterprise Digital Transformation
SONG Tiebo,CHEN Sitong,WANG Haojun
The study selects A-share listed manufacturing companies from 2007 to 2021 as research samples to investigate the impact and mechanism of the embeddedness of industry association on solving the dilemma of digital transformation of enterprises. This study finds that the embeddedness of industry association significantly promotes enterprise digital transformation through mechanisms of resource empowerment and legitimacy perception. Meanwhile, TMT digital knowledge and TMT functional background heterogeneity strengthen this promotion through the path of resource empowerment, while industry digitalization level and regional marketization level strengthen this promotion through the path of legitimacy perception. Further research shows that the embeddedness of industry association enhances enterprise digital transformation mainly through three paths: reducing financing constraints, improving absorptive capacity, and reducing the perception of economic policy uncertainty. Furthermore, this impact is more significant in private enterprises, non-government affiliated enterprises and small-scale enterprises.

Examining the Influences of Inclusive Human Resource Management Practice on Employees’ Reciprocate Behaviors from the Perspective of Reciprocity Norm
QU Jiaojiao,ZENG Hao,CAO Xia
From the perspective of reciprocity based on social exchange theory, this study explores the mechanism and boundary conditions of the impact of inclusive human resource management practices on employee reciprocity behavior through a three-stage questionnaire survey of 1095 employees from 179 enterprises, the study finds that: Inclusive human resource management practices have a positive effect on the employees’ perceived norm of reciprocity; The perceived norm of reciprocity mediates the positive relationship between inclusive human resource management practice and breakthrough innovation engagement, as well as the positive relationship between inclusive human resource management practice and helping behavior; Balanced processing leadership mitigates those indirect effects, such that when the level of balanced processing leadership is high, the mediating effects of inclusive human resource management practice on employees’ breakthrough innovation engagement and helping behavior via norm of reciprocity will be weakened. the findings indicate that there is a substitution effect between balanced leadership and inclusive human resource management.

The Mechanisms of Growth Need Strengthen Influences on Employees’ Innovative Behavior
XU Benhua,GAO Yuhang,DENG Chuanjun
Based on the self-determination theory, this study analyses data from 367 dyads of two-stage questionnaires of employees and their immediate supervisors, and empirically tests the mechanisms of individual growth need strengthen (GNS) influences on employees’ innovative behavior, especially focusing on the indirect effect of creative self-efficacy, the moderating effect of perceived insider status cognition, and the moderated indirect effect of creative self-efficiency. The results show that: there is a positive relationship between GNS and employee innovative behavior. Specifically, GNS indirectly drives employee innovation behavior through the mediation of creative self-efficacy. Perceived insider status cognition significantly moderates the indirect effect of creative self-efficiency. Specifically, compared with the lower insider status cognition, the indirect effect of creative self-efficiency will increase more obviously when the perceived insider status cognition is higher, meanwhile, the relationship between GNS and employees’ innovative behavior will increase accordingly.

Research on the Attachment Effect of Atmospheric Clues in E-Commerce Live Streaming Room Based on “Task-Social” Perspective
PAN Mengshi,SUN Minggui
Based on the framework of“task-social”atmospheric cues, fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA) method was utilized to examine the configuration effects of task cues (informational cues, emotional cues and anchor task roles) and social cues (danmaku activeness, social crowding and anchor social connections) on live streaming room attachment (live streaming room identity, live streaming room dependence), aiming to explore the new direction for the sustainable development of e-commerce live streaming. This study found that there were 9 equivalent paths triggering live streaming room dependence which could be divided into 3 configurations, including emotion-driven in a hot selling atmosphere, information-emotion dual-driven in interactive atmosphere, and information-emotion dual-driven under the guidance of the anchors, as well as 1 path and 1 configuration (all-cue concurrently-driven) triggering live streaming room identity. Besides, there were substitution relationships among task cues, social cues, and both of them.

A Study on the Interaction Effect of AI Virtual Streamer Role and Product Type on Consumers’ Purchase Intention
GONG Xiaoxiao,JIANG Xuetao,YU Shengxian
Grounded on the perceived value theory and implicit personality theory, the interaction mechanisms and boundary conditions of AI virtual streamers role and product type on consumer purchase intention were discussed. Through three experiments, it is found that: ①AI virtual streamers role and product types matching helps to enhance consumers’purchase intention, in which assistant-type virtual streamers recommending search-based products and friend-type AI virtual streamers recommending experience-based products have a significant effect on consumers’purchase intention; ②Perceived value mediates the interaction effect between AI virtual streamers role and product type; ③Implicit personality becomes the boundary condition for the above pathway, i.e., for the search-based products (vs. experience-based products), when consumers are entity theorists (vs. gradualists), the perceived value and purchase intention of assistant-type AI virtual streamers are higher than that of friend-type AI virtual streamers for consumers.

Structural Dimension and Measurement Scale Development of Live Streaming E-Commerce Service Failure
PENG Yuhong,JIANG Yanling,HAO Liaogang,WANG Yuling,ZHAO Naheng
From the perspective of the “experience view” of social exchange theory, the paper adopts the grounded theory method to explore the connotations of live streaming e-commerce service failure, further develops a live streaming e-commerce service failure measurement scale, and verifies and revises the scale by combining exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. The results show that live streaming e-commerce service failure means that live streaming marketers fail to provide consumers with material resources in line with their propaganda content or provide good technical interaction service experience, thus leading to consumer dissatisfaction. The measurement scale of live streaming e-commerce service failure includes 5 thematic dimensions and 20 questions, including information transmission failure, transaction dysfunction, system response failure, relationship interaction failure and sensory fit failure. The conceptual model of “live streaming e-commerce service failure—psychological contract violation—customer switching behavior” verifies the external validity of the scale.

The Impact of ESG Performance on Customer Default Risk from the Perspective of Supply Chain
SU Jinxia,ZHOU Liguo
Based on the perspective of whether ESG can mitigate customer default risk, this study focuses on the spillover effect of ESG performance on customer default risk using the top five customer data disclosed by Chinese listed companies from 2010 to 2020. The results show that the default risk mitigation effect of ESG performance can spill over to downstream customers, and that the size of this spillover effect is affected by the closeness of supply chain relations and the customer’s own business performance. Corporate ESG performance reduces the occurrence of default risk mainly by improving customers’ ability to obtain long-term bank loans; The spillover effect of corporate environmental performance and social performance is large, but the spillover effect of corporate governance performance is not significant. Spillover effects on corporate ESG performance are stronger in non-polluting industries and in companies with high institutional investor ownership.

Research on Distribution Channel Selection and Bundling Strategy of Expiring Products Based on Consumer Utility
SUN Jiayi,WANG Xiaofei,TENG Chunxian
Considering consumer utility, four kinds of supply chain decision-making models, including new products and expiring products sold separately or bundled, as well as manufacturer direct sales or retailer consignment sales, are constructed respectively. Then the influence of consumer preference, service influencing factor, and cost parameter of expiring products on the decision-makings and profits of the supply chain are analyzed. Further the optimal sales channel and bundled sales strategy of expiring products are obtained. The results show that the sales of temporary products can affect consumers’ purchase decisions and change the profit model of enterprises to a certain extent. The existence conditions of four sales modes of expiring products are proposed, based on which seven regions are divided, and the best sales channel and bundled sales strategy for each region is obtained. In most cases, the economic benefits of the supply chain system under the manufacturer’s direct sales channels are better, and the bundled sales strategy depends on the specific situation. The consumer utility is the highest under the manufacturer direct sales model of the bundled products.

Traceability, Knowledge Structure, and Prospect of Upper Echelons Theory
CHANG Qing,WEI Jingrou,ZHANG Lu,ZHAO Shuang,ZHANG Qiang
According to the literature related to the upper echelon theory in CNKI and Web of Science, this study first traces the origin of the upper echelons theory and finds that the relevant researches show the evolution characteristics of “demographic characteristics of executives and organizational performance-heterogeneity of executive teams and strategic transformation-executive team behavioral integration processes and organizational innovation. Secondly, the research topics related to upper echelons theory are sorted out. A cognitive source logic transfer model is summarized from the perspective of “Individual-Team-Organization” along the horizontal dimension, centered on the personal characteristics of executives, team characteristics of executives, and organizational outcomes. Furthermore, a “Cognition-Process-Outcome” behavior process transfer model is proposed along the vertical dimension, focusing on executive team cognition, executive team processes, organizational behaviors, and performance. In addition, this study also sorts out the forces of the external environment between organizational levels and then constructs the theoretical framework of the top management team; Finally, from the aspects of integrating upper echelons theory with more fields and theories, the path of modern enterprise capacity reconstruction, and the management strategy of top management teams in the context of emerging management innovation, this study elaborates on future research prospects, aiming to promote the further development of upper echelons theoretical research and top management team practice.
