494 A Multi-Case Study on the Activation Processes of TMT Faultlines in the Context of Organizational Change
LIN Haifen,SUN Xiaohan
Based on the context of organizational change, this study focuses on five firms with TMT Faultlines as research objects, adopts exploratory multiple case study method and applies grounded theory to construct a model of the activation processes and activation patterns of TMT Faultlines in organizational change. The research results indicate that under the background of organizational change, TMT faultlines involve three types: interest related faultlines, authority characteristic faultlines and information cognitive faultlines. The activation processes of the three are reflected in the fact that the composition factors and structure factors of TMT can lead to the subgroup classification of members under the intensification of contextual factors, thereby activating the faultlines. There are certain differences in the conditional basis and situational dynamics of faultlines activation among the three, with a focus on interest factors, resource factors and information factors driving the faultlines activation processes. Different types of faultlines can interact with each other, resulting in significant differences in the strength of faultlines among different TMT. Depending on the degree of differentiation among executive members, three activation patterns are summarized, they are steady pattern, differentiated pattern and intensified pattern.

507 Research on the Impact of Industry Associations Connection on ESG Performance of Enterprises
WANG Haojun,SONG Tiebo,HUANG Jianbin
This study selects A-share listed companies from 2009 to 2021 as research samples, and analyzes the mechanism of the influence of industry associations connection on ESG performance from the perspective of institutional logic theory. This study finds that industry associations connection can significantly improve the ESG performance. And the higher the association intensity, the higher the association level and the connection of the president of the industry association have a more significant effect on the improvement of enterprise ESG performance. Furthermore, the mechanism test shows that industry associations connection improves enterprise ESG performance by reducing the perception of uncertainty, improving management integrity and curbing negative ethical behavior of executives, and this enhancement effect is more significant in non-state owned and non-government affiliated companies, as well as companies with higher media attention and analyst attention. The analysis of the economic consequences shows that improving enterprises’ ESG performance can help drive “increased quantity and quality” of corporate green innovation.

517 Study on the Impact of Green Low-Carbon Transformation on Enterprises from Virtual to Real
GUO Jinhua,GUO Mengnan
As an important measure for all regions to explore the road of economic and environmental win-win, green and low-carbon transition has an important impact on guiding enterprises’ investment behavior. Based on the data of China’s A-share listed companies, this study uses a progressive difference-difference model to explore the impact of green low-carbon transformation on corporate investment behavior. The study finds that green low-carbon transformation has significantly promoted the “real” development of enterprises, while the impact on the “virtual” of enterprises is not obvious. The impact mechanism test finds that green and low-carbon transformation can significantly increase corporate industrial investment through innovation compensation effects and financial support effects. Among them, the innovation compensation effects are reflected in the improvement of green invention patents of enterprises, including green energy-saving invention patents and alternative energy invention patents; The financial support effects are reflected in the increase of government subsidies for enterprises, which improves the cash flow of enterprises and eases the financing constraints of enterprises. Heterogeneity analysis finds that the promotion effect of green and low-carbon transformation on corporate industrial investment is more obvious in non-state-owned enterprises, non-high-carbon industries and non-resource-based cities.

527 Research on the Effect and Mechanism of Job Insecurity on Proactive Person-Environment Fit Behavior
WANG Fenfen,SU Yong,TANG Guiyao
Based on the integrated perspective of conservation of resource theory and self-regulation theory, this paper demonstrates the effect and mechanism of job insecurity on proactive person-environment fit behavior through a two-stage questionnaire of 656 employees. The results show that job insecurity positively affects three types of proactive person-environment fit behavior (proactive feedback seeking, job change negotiation and career initiative). In this process, using different self-concept reference values in self-regulation theory, it is proved that impression management motivation and future work self-salience mediate the relationship between job insecurity and three types of proactive person-environment fit behaviors, and the two mediating paths are strengthened to different degrees under the prevention regulatory focus and the promotion regulatory focus of individuals.

539 A Need-Supply Fit Perspective on the Effect of Job Autonomy on Creativity
NIE Qi,ZHANG Jie,HOU Nan,XIA Ying,PENG Jian
Based on the need-supply fit perspective, this study tested the relationship between job autonomy need-supply fit and employee creativity via positive affect and the moderating role of emotional stability in the above relationship. By analyzing 243 dyads of employees and leaders, the results of polynomial regression combining with response surface analysis show that:job autonomy need-supply fit has a positive relationship with employees’ positive affect. In the case of need-supply fit, positive affect is higher when the need and supply are aligned at a high level than when they are aligned at a low level. In the case of misfit, positive affect is lower when the level of autonomy need is higher than that of autonomy supply as compared to when the level of autonomy supply is higher than that of autonomy need. Positive affect mediates the relationship between job autonomy need-supply fit and creativity. Furthermore, employees’ emotional stability negatively moderates the relationship between job autonomy need-supply fit and positive affect as well as the indirect relationship between job autonomy need-supply fit and creativity via positive affect.

550 Research on the Impact of Leader’s Positive Outcome Framing on Employee’s Digital Creativity: A Framework under the Perspective of Sense-Making Theory
GUO Minyu,ZHU Yongyue
This study focuses on the leader vision communication scene in the enterprise’s digital transformation environment. From the perspective of sense-making theory, this study discusses the effective strategy of leaders’ sense-giving to activate employees’ digital creativity, and constructs a chain mediation model of the influence of leaders’ positive outcome framing on employees’ digital creativity, as well as the moderating role of leader’s status. The results show that: leaders’ positive outcome framing can directly promote employees’ digital creativity; at the same time, leaders’ positive outcome framing can indirectly promote employees’ cognitive and emotional resonance, that is, future work self-salience and harmonious work passion respectively play the mediating role in the influence of leaders’ positive outcome framing on employees’ digital creativity, and jointly play a chain mediating role; the degree of cognitive and emotional resonance evoked by the leadership positive outcome framing can be positively moderated by leaders’ status.

560 Study on the Impact of the Cultivation of SRDI “Small Giant” Enterprises on Break Through Innovation
ZHAN Yong,MA Congwen
In this research, we take listed companies in SME board, STAR market and GEM as research objects, and use multi-temporal double-difference method to investigate the impact of cultivation of SRDI “small giants” enterprises on breakthrough innovation. The study finds that the cultivation of SRDI “small giant” enterprises promotes breakthrough innovation, and the conclusion still holds up after a series of robustness tests. The mechanism analysis reveals that the cultivation of SRDI “small giants” enterprises achieves breakthrough innovation by promoting digital transformation and optimizing human capital structure, and that digital transformation and human capital structure play the role of chain intermediaries in this process. Further research finds that the legal environment and financial background of executives strengthen the implementation effect of the policy of cultivating SRDI “small giants” enterprises, while economic policy uncertainty weakens the implementation effect of the policy of cultivating SRDI “small giants” enterprises.

577 The Matching Effect of Live-Streaming Room Activeness and Product Information Appeals on Purchase Intension Based on Constual Level Theory
SHOU Zhigang,WU Mei,ZHANG Yi,SUN Zhong
Based on the construal level theory, this study reveals the matching effects of live-streaming room activeness (high vs. low) and product information appeals (attributes vs. benefits) on consumers’ purchase intention through a secondary data analysis and several experimental studies. The research shows that: ①when live-streaming room activeness is high, product information with benefit-based appeals can improve the purchasing intention of consumers; when live-streaming room activeness is low, product information with attribute-based appeal is more likely to increase the purchase intention of consumers.②Perceived usefulness mediates the effects of live-streaming room activeness and product information appeals on consumers’ purchase intentions.③Barrage similarity moderates the matching effect of live-streaming room activeness and product information appeals, i.e., when barrages are similar, there is no significant difference in the effect of the two appeals strategies on consumers.

585 Research on Two-Stage Dynamic Online Advertising under Product Harm Crisis
HE Xiang,LI Li,YANG Wensheng,HU Jiao
Based on the Nerlove-Arrow model, this study constructs a two-stage dynamic advertising model under product harm crisis. We then derive the optimal advertising strategies for enterprises in different decision-making modes respectively and assess the effects of outbreak likelihood and damage rate. The results show that: when the company optimizes the local profit, if the probability of a product injury crisis entering the outbreak period is small, the advertising level in incubation period should increase with the outbreak likelihood increases. When the company optimizes the overall profit, the company’s advertising levels on two platforms in incubation period and outbreak period are different. Besides, compared with different stages, when the company optimizes the local profit, the advertising level in the outbreak period is higher than that in the incubation period; when the company optimizes the overall profit, the results will vary with different platforms.

595 Product Development Project Similarity Measure Based on Knowledge and Its Impact on Program Clustering
BI Yingxin,YANG Qing,TIAN Pingye,YAO Tao
To solve the problem that many enterprises face in managing multiple new product development (NPD) projects simultaneously and effectively, this study proposes a multi-project management method. It measures project similarity by integrating the reusability and similarity of knowledge and combines the dependency structure matrix (DSM) method to analyze the impact of knowledge on project similarity and program clustering more comprehensively. The results show that iteration not only affects project similarity, but also improves the knowledge increment generated by learning. In addition, measuring project similarity according to the knowledge relationship and gathering the projects with high similarity into one program is convenient for the knowledge transfer and sharing of projects within the program, which helps the effective and reasonable use of the enterprise’s knowledge resources, so that the knowledge resources of the enterprise can be effectively and reasonably used.

605 A Method for Multi-Stage Mixed Information Decision-Making Based on Prospect Theory
ZHANG Faming,ZHANG Linqian,ZHU Shuqi
Considering the risk preference attitude of decision makers, a new prospect theory decision-making method based on dynamic reference points is proposed for the multi-stage decision-making problem with mixed information. The intuitionistic fuzzy entropy calculation formula is designed to transform the mixed information into information utility value. In addition, on the basis of the traditional single-stage reference point setting method, the dynamic reference point with the characteristics of decision makers’ risk preference fluctuation is introduced and obtained by comprehensively calculating the development status and development trend. Then, the weight range of criteria is determined by the entropy weight method, an objective optimization model is constructed considering the degree of deviation in each stage, and the dynamic prospect value of each alternative is calculated based on the prospect theory. Finally, this decision-making method is applied to solve the case of commercial banks’ selection of loan financing for small and micro enterprises, illustrating its feasibility and rationality.

616 Research on the Influence of Local Officials’ Political Achievements Information Concern on Earnings Management
HU Longyin,LI Qingyuan
From the perspective of enterprise earnings management, this study takes the government work report of Chinese mainland prefecture-level cities as the carrier of performance information, and explores the external effect of local officials’ performance information on the quality of accounting information. It is found that the attention of local officials’ performance information can significantly reduce the earnings management level of enterprises mentioned by performance information. The intensity of external attention, the level of internal governance, and the improvement of borrowing capacity are the theoretical mechanisms for the reduction effect of local officials’ attention on corporate earnings management behavior. The results of heterogeneity analysis show that for enterprises in non-state-owned, fierce industry competition, high degree of marketization, and weak economic growth target constraints, the attention of local officials’ performance information has a stronger marginal effect on reducing the level of earnings management of enterprises. Further research shows that the concern of local officials’ performance information has a spillover effect at the industry level, which can reduce the earnings management level of enterprises in the same industry as the mentioned companies.

626 Influence of Common Ownership on Managerial Myopia
WANG Jing,CHEN Shenglan
Based on the data of Chinese listed companies in 2011~2020, this study constructs the managerial myopia index through the method of text analysis, and examines the influence of common ownership on the managerial myopia. The results show that common ownership has a significant negative impact on the managerial myopia. Common ownership can strengthen the supervision of companies and improve the level of corporate governance to reduce the managerial myopia; it can also reduce the threat of the withdrawal of major shareholders, thereby relieving the external pressure of managers and reducing the managerial myopia. Further research shows that common ownership mainly affects the managerial myopia of non-state-owned enterprises, but the impact on state-owned enterprises is not significant. It is mainly the long-term common ownership that has an impact on the managerial myopia, and the short-term common ownership has no significant impact on the managerial myopia.
