The paper analyzes the current status and research on organization in largescale construction projects and their problems. To solve these problems, the paper, which makes use of systematology and metasynthesis methods, proposes the organizational basic principles chart in largescale construction project and makes the construction project organization’s 10 variables model and 10 dimensions metasynthesis theory in which these dimensions are analyzed and reduced. Then, the paper establishes organizational metasynthesis’ logical framework, structural framework, operational mechanisms and operational framework, as well as its human resources allocation plan in largescale construction project. Then the Yi Organization has been put forward. Finally, it was applied to the practice of construction projects, in which some good results were confirmed. The organizational metasynthetic mode in largescale construction projects is also suitable for huge projects organization and is valuable for organization theory.
