Abstract：The research aims to invesigate a new kind of entrepreneurial ecosystem which includes Internet entrepreneurial resources and platforms. Our research focuses on the basic form, development process, species type, evolutionary dynamics mechanism of the new entrepreneurial ecosystem and its impact on macro entrepreneurial ecosystem. Through the case study, it is concluded that online entrepreneurial resources are embedded into the offline entrepreneurial ecosystem, and this new form of synergy is the new entrepreneurial ecosystem. The development process of the new entrepreneurial ecosystem is first to establish contact between online and offline entrepreneurial services platforms and online entrepreneurship service platforms, then, partnerships between different regional entrepreneurial ecosystems are established through the Internet. The development of new entrepreneurial ecosystem has enabled some of the entrepreneurial resources and services within the micro system to have global network impacts, and the boundaries of macro and micro entrepreneurship ecosystems are blurring.
