The management under the direction of ancient Chinese He-he philosophy is He-he management, in which He's idea in He-he culture has been inherited and absorbed critically and the history has been drawn lesson from to creatively develop the management science with Chinese characteristics, by the combination of our current situation and by the selection of the essence of internal and external management ideologies and practices.  On the basis of historical and practical analysis, the true meaning of He-he management was revealed.
