Independent Innovation in Chinese Local Enterprise Institutions

Abstract：Chinese local enterprise institutions as enterprise grouplevel R&D institutions are the main innovation relies on technology. Based on this perspective, we come to the conclusions as following: i) the original innovation is the main way of Chinese local enterprise institutions to achieve independent innovation; ii) cooperation innovation is the best way of resource organizing; and iii) the internal support of it is independent innovation. The paper presents the case study on independent innovation of Hangzhou Steam Turbine Dynamic Group Institute, discussion the characteristics of Chinese local enterprise institutions independent innovation to discuss the features exhibited by Chinese local enterprise institutions on the way of exploring independent innovation.
