Abstract:This essay tries to heal the dissever relations between the individualism perspective and structuralism one, build a crossleveled and interaction analysis model, namely the management innovation mechanism model mixed the macro and micro perspective. To achieve it, this essay take the development of Chinese management thought’s history since the reform and opening up as a ongoing process of management innovation. Then, this essay study the Chinese management development between theory and practice since the reform and opening up, make a new theoretical perspective analysis and explanation to the internal connection between the management innovation main body and the objective conditionality of social environmental factors. The purpose is to construct a clear theoretical framework and help us better understand the characteristics of the development of Chinese management thought pattern, aiming to promote the development of Chinese management thought and innovation.
