组织管理研究中“机制”的基本定义与研究路径

摘要 “机制”一词已经成为组织管理研究中的重要词汇之一，但对“机制”的理解与应用却存在较大的模糊性甚至冲突。通过基于组织管理领域9种国际期刊15年间发表的55篇关于机制研究文献的分析，借鉴社会学和科学哲学的研究成果，界定了一个相对更加清晰、明确、丰富的关于机制的概念，并提出了进行机制研究的4种可行的路径。最后，对未来可能面临的研究挑战与方向进行了讨论和展望。

Abstract： During recent decades, the term of‘mechanism’ has become a buzzword in organizational management study. However, the understanding and using of this concept has remained vague and even contradictory. Based on analyzing 55 papers published in 9 organizational management journals from 2001 to 2015, and referring to related studies from sociology and philosophy of science, we make a relatively clarified, exact, and richer definition for “mechanism” and suggest four feasible approaches to the study of mechanism in organizational management domain. At last, we discuss the most important challenges we will face and available directions we should explore in the future.
