Abstract：From the perspective of adaptive choice theory, this sturdy which focus on six companies engaged in international commerce summed up two kinds of alliance network evolution path. And also it discussed the implementation mechanism of different evolution path. Study found that keeping the balance of across domain between exploration activities and exploitation activities is an effective way to promote the network evolution. Raising the status of the network and knowledge sharing are important implementation mechanism of prominent network alliance evolution. Knowledge acquisition and upgrading pressure are important implementation mechanism of entrepreneurial network evolution.
