Abstract:This study systematically analyzes the pricing, compensating and defect commitment based on service quality guarantee policy. Comparative static analysis is used to find optimal service price, optimal unit quality defect compensating cost and optimal quality defect commitment respectively in order to maximize service provider’s profit. Besides, numerical analysis confirms the optimal policy of service provider.
