Abstract:With a longitudinal case study of a piano manufactory company, this study aims to find out the solution to firms difficulty, this is, while facing Western cultural differences and information asymmetry, how do they design "Intelligence introduction" learning mode, in order to build up an interorganizational trust to improve the knowledge transfer and the technical capacity? Conclusions are as follows: Firstly, in the light of the strategic target of the firm, the realtime shift of the "intelligent introduction" learning mode has played an important role. The company organized their learning mode in the sequence as follows: Problemoriented learning, Project oriented learning and organization internal feed forward learning. According to this sequence of learning, firms could reach three corresponding level of strategic targets, and they are technical problem solving, existing product renovation and highend product developing. Secondly, through the leaning mode design from low level to high (problemoriented, project oriented and organization internal), the company builds up an interorganizational trust from low level to high (calculation oriented, understanding oriented and recognition oriented). Thirdly, by selecting the "intelligent introduction" learning mode that matches the trust level they are in, the company could significantly improve its technical capacity.
