我国西部地区历史商业街区演化路径及影响因素

摘要通过对广西典型的三条成功历史商业街区进行案例研究，探索历史商业街区的演化路径、各阶段的主要特征及影响因素。我国西部地区历史商业街区演化的关键影响因素主要包括区位优势、地域文化特色、政府行为、城市经营理念、整合营销传播、创新能力。研究最后归纳出历史商业街区演化的路径模型，并探讨了各要素之间的相互作用关系以及推动历史商业街区持续发展的创新因素。

Abstract：Three typical successful historic commercial districts in Guangxi ,are taken to investigate the evolution, the main features and the influential factors in some period. The crucial factors mainly are regional advantages,regional culture, characteristics, government conduct, urban management concept, integrated marketing communication, and innovation capability.
