The Evolution Model of Entrepreneurial Relay Conflict from the Perspective of Entrepreneurs and Investors—Based on a Case of Yinlong Energy via Employing the Grounded Theory
Abstract：On the basis of defining the concept and type of entrepreneurial relay, this study constructs an evolution model of entrepreneurial relay conflict from the perspective of entrepreneurs and investors, which is based on the representative case of Yinlong Energy via employing the Grounded Theory. The study also provides 4 main categories and 13 subcategories. Main categories are the potential factors of conflict, the manifestation factors of conflict, the evolution factors of conflict and conflict situations. Combined with the three stages of conflict including potential stage, perceptual stage and evolutionary stage, this study explores the main evolution path of entrepreneurial relay conflict. The potential factors of conflict are the indirect driving factors of the evolution of the entrepreneurial relay conflict. The manifestation factors of conflict and the evolution factors of conflict are the direct driving factors for the evolution of the entrepreneurial relay conflict, and the conflict situation factors are the situational driving factors.
