Resourcebased enterprises and the economic transformation in the regions where they locate in is a hard nut problem to be resolved in practice. This paper first integrates resourcebased enterprises, community and regional economy into a whole system. Based on selforganizational and hypercirculation, a method of case study is adopted to thoroughly study the interaction mechanism between resourcebased enterprises, community, and regional economic development. Taking Yanzhou Mining Group and Jining regional economic development as the research subject, we built a selforganizational hypercirculation model of the interaction mechanism, and analyzed the formation conditions of a selforganizational hypercirculation.
