国外安宁疗护护士的胜任力及培养现状与启示

摘要: 目的 明确国外不同层级安宁疗护护士的胜任力标准,为我国安宁疗护护士的培养与教育提供依据。方法 通过查阅相关文献,分析并总结国外安宁疗护护士的胜任力标准及其培养方法。结果 美国、英国、加拿大均已针对不同层级安宁疗护护士制定了相对完善、系统的胜任力标准,并有较为明确的安宁疗护一般注册护士、专科护士、高级实践护士的培养及认证方法。结论 美国、英国、加拿大等国对于不同层次的安宁疗护护士胜任力标准、培养和认证方法较为明确,可借鉴其经验,结合我国特点,制定适合不同层级安宁疗护护士的胜任力标准和资质要求,改善安宁疗护的学校教育和继续教育,以及临床的安宁疗护服务质量。
