282名肿瘤科护士临终关怀态度调查分析

摘要： 目的 了解肿瘤科护士临终关怀态度的现状,为下一步对肿瘤科护士临终关怀态度干预措施提供依据。方法 2017年3—6月对广佛地区3家医院的282名肿瘤科护士,采用中文版佛罗梅尔特临终关怀态度量表（Frommelt Attitudes Toward Care of the Dying Scale Form B,FATCOD-B）进行问卷调查。结果 肿瘤科护士临终关怀态度得分为（105.40±9.9）分,总体态度偏正向,但在行为情感意愿条目得分偏低（2.25~2.78）;人口学资料（婚姻、学历、工作年限、职称、劳动关系）以及临终关怀学习、照顾患者、当前的经历对其临终关怀态度影响差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 肿瘤科护士临终关怀态度的意识和认知方面较正向,但是其对临终患者照顾参与行为情感意愿较低下,其结果可作为临床在职护士临终关怀态度干预及培训课程方案设计的依据。
