类风湿关节炎患者晨僵评估及干预的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的通过对类风湿关节炎人群晨僵评估工具及干预措施的研究进展进行综述,为开展类风湿关节炎晨僵症状缓解的研究提供参考依据。方法检索国内外相关文献,系统总结并分析晨僵对类风湿关节炎患者的影响及相关影响因素、晨僵评估工具以及相关干预措施。结果类风湿关节炎晨僵复发率、致残率高,严重影响患者的日常活动、心理状态和生活质量等。其影响因素包括高龄、女性、类风湿因子、运动减少、疼痛、气温降低、湿度升高、吸烟和社会支持低等。目前针对类风湿关节炎晨僵的评估工具包括健康评估问卷残疾指数和关节功能障碍表现评分量表以及特异性晨僵评估工具。并从患者、专科护士、症状缓解和数字化远程监督等方面采取相关干预措施。结论目前国内外关于类风湿关节炎晨僵的研究较少,针对晨僵的评估工具和相关干预措施尚未形成标准化,临床实际中不同患者晨僵的发病部位、持续时间、严重程度尚存在明显差别。
