Research on Stage Characteristics Evolution of Entrepreneurial Ecosystem from the Perspective of Integration: A Text Analysis Based on Listed Companies in Shenzhen
LI Xueling,LONG Yujie,LI Wei,LIU Jing
This paper combines the three theoretical lenses of entrepreneurship, ecological metaphor and system theory to construct the characteristic analysis framework of the entrepreneurial ecosystem, and takes the annual reports of 271 locally listed companies in Shenzhen Stock Exchange as text analysis samples to verify the characteristic framework while identifying the evolution stage of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Shenzhen. The results show that the degree of innovation of entrepreneurial opportunity set, the degree of niche overlap and the degree of interagency symbiosis are the criteria for the evolution of stage characteristics of entrepreneurial ecosystem. The entrepreneurial ecosystem in Shenzhen follows the characteristic evolution path of “low overlap of niches—creative opportunity set—line symbiosis”→“high overlap of niches—replicating opportunity set—surface symbiosis”→“low overlap of niches—improved opportunity set—body symbiosis”.

The Dynamic Evolution Mechanism of China’s New Energy Vehicle Industry from the Perspective of Technology-Cooperation Network
SUO Qi,LI Changsheng
Based on the theory of collaborative evolution, a stochastic actor-oriented model from the perspective of innovation subject and technology is constructed using the collaborative invention patent data of the new energy vehicle industry. The mechanism of the collaborative innovation network and the importance differences of the influencing factor are analyzed. The results show that: both collaborative networks are weak, which is mainly due to the high variability of innovation subject and technology type. Compared to the technological collaborative network, the subject collaborative network has stronger stability and higher collaborative intensity. Both internal and external factors drive the evolution of collaborative innovation networks. External factors have a greater impact on changes in network relationships during evolution than internal factors, and network closure and cognitive proximity are the most important factors. Assortativity and closure influence the propensity of the Matthew effect to influence network evolution, and there is no mutually reinforcing relationship between them. The influence of external and internal drivers on each other will change the degree of influence and the propensity during network evolution.

Influence of CEO Power on Digital Transformation of Family Firms
ZHANG Cuizi,JIANG Luan,LING Yupeng,LU Jingfu
Based on the data of Chinese Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share family firms from 2010 to 2020, this study theoretically constructs and tests the mechanisms and contexts of the role of CEO power in the digital transformation of family firms. The empirical study indicates that: CEO power has a significant positive impact on the digital transformation of family firms; long-term orientation plays a partially mediating role in the relationship between CEO power and digital transformation of family firms; having a family member as CEO positively moderates the relationship between CEO power and long-term orientation of firms, and also reinforces the mediating role of long-term orientation. Further analysis finds that the mediating effect of long-term orientation mechanism is more pronounced when the agency problem is not severe. The test of firm life-cycle grouping also adds further evidence that the facilitation effect of CEO power on digital transformation of family firms is more significant in the maturity period.

Research on the Predictive Effect of MD&A Tone on Enterprise Strategic Deviance
ZHOU Shengshi,SU Xin
Based on the strategic choice theory, this study constructs a relationship model between the MD&A tone and enterprise deviance. Within the theoretical framework, the study introduces the external audit quality and the consistency between annual report tone and financial information to analyze their different effects. On this basis, China’s A-share non-financial listed enterprises from 2009 to 2018 are selected as the sample for statistical test. The results show that the positive tone of management can significantly predict the future strategic deviance of enterprises, and the abnormal positive tone has become a method to cover up specific strategic behavior. External audit quality significantly strengthens the predictive effect of positive tone on enterprise’s future strategic deviance, but also accelerates the relationship between abnormal positive tone and enterprise’s future strategy. The consistency between annual report tone and financial information enhances the nonlinear relationship between MD&A tone and enterprise future strategic deviance. The internal mechanism analysis shows that the information content in the management tone determines its effectiveness in predicting the future strategy of the enterprise.

The Influence of Shareholder Network and Earnings Management
SUN Chen,ZHUANG Xintian
Based on the social network theory, this study takes A-share listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2013 to 2019 as samples, using the social network analysis method to study the impact of the shareholder relationship network on the earnings quality of enterprises. The results show that the shareholder relationship network has a weak relationship and can bring information advantages. However, compared with other enterprises, state-owned enterprises have dual tasks and resource advantages, which lead to the weakening of the role of shareholder network in state-owned enterprises. Further research shows that the information advantage of enterprises in high-tech information industry is stronger, and the role of shareholder network is more significant.

An Experience Sampling Study of the Effects of Leader’s Cyberloafing on Justice Rule Adherence
PANG Xuhong,LIU Depeng,LI Juexing,LI Luyun,WANG Xin
Based on self-conscious emotion theory, this study explores why and how leaders’ cyberloafing behavior affects justice rule adherence at the within-person level, through analysis of 570 observational data of 73 bank branch directors collected with the experience sampling method for 10 consecutive working days. The results show that: ① At the within-person level, leaders’ cyberloafing behavior positively affects guilt. ② How the guilt caused by leaders’ cyberloafing behavior affects justice rule adherence depends on leader’s public self-awareness. When public self-awareness is high, the relationship between guilt and justice rule adherence at the within-person level is positive, while the relationship is negative when public self-awareness is low. ③ Public self-awareness moderates the within-person level indirect effect of leaders’ cyberloafing behavior on justice rule adherence via guilt. Specifically, the indirect effect is positive under high level of public self-awareness and negative under low level of public self-awareness.

The Effect of Transformational Leadership on Employees’ Change Supportive Behavior:A Study from the Perspective of Job Crafting
HE Guohua,ZHENG Xinnian,WANG Yanfei,GUO Zisheng,ZHU Yu
Based on job crafting theory, this study investigates whether, how, and when transformational leadership affects employees’ change supportive behavior. A paired sample of 286 team leaders and 858 subordinates was used to empirically test the hypothesis using a multi-level structural equation model. The results showed that promotion-oriented and prevention-oriented job crafting play a mediating role in the process of transformational leadership affecting employees’ change supportive behavior. Additionally, the team competition climate has a significant moderating effect on the relationship between transformational leadership and job crafting. Specifically, the higher the team competition climate is, the stronger is the positive relationship between transformational and promotion-oriented job crafting. Furthermore, the negative relationship between transformational leadership and prevention-oriented job crafting is stronger.

Research on the Impact of Double Competitor Indirect Ties and VC Fund Preferred Return on Entrepreneurial Innovation
WANG Han,SHI Guoping,DONG Jianwei
From the theoretical perspective of competitive information leakage, in combination with the actual operation mode of venture capital (VC) institutions, this research constructs a theoretical analysis framework of double competitive information leakage, and incorporates the preferred return of VC funds, which is a limited partnership agreement clause, into this analysis framework, so as to study the negative impact of double competitor indirect ties on enterprise innovation and the inhibitory effect of VC fund preferred return on the above relationship. This research mainly draws the following two conclusions. To put it concretely, first of all, both the number of cross-fund competitor indirect ties and the number of competitor indirect ties with the same fund have a significant negative impact on the enterprise innovation. Second, the higher the preferred return of VC fund is set, the weaker the negative impact of the number of cross-fund competitor indirect ties on the enterprise innovation. In contrast, the negative impact of the number of competitor indirect ties with the same fund on the enterprise innovation has not changed. In addition, the above effects are more evident if the invested enterprise is in the high-tech industry.

Research on Price Index Prediction Based on AGNN Public Opinion Index Network
CAO Lei,SHANG Wei,XIE Shiyao,WANG Xiang2
The complex relevancy between public opinion in multiple related fields is exploited to deal with the lack of public opinion consistency caused by the discontinuity of news in specific fields, so that it can be used for price index prediction of sub items. This research proposes a public opinion index network method based on self-learning graph neural network model, which takes public opinion indexes in several related specific fields as network nodes, and daily public opinion quantitative values are regarded as time series. By learning the structural characteristics of hidden graphs and the temporal characteristics of public opinion data, a dynamic public opinion index network is constructed to fill the sparse public opinion values. The empirical research on the prediction of food price index and non-ferrous metal production price index shows that the correlation between the public opinion index supplemented by this method and the corresponding price statistics index reaches the highest, and the prediction accuracy is improved, which verifies the effectiveness of this method.

Factors Affecting Doctors’ Multi-Homing Usage Preference Towards Online Medical Platforms
YAN Zhijun,SONG Xiuwei,JIA Lin
Based on the Big Five model and motivation theory, this study focuses on the multihoming usage behavior of doctors in multiple online medical platforms, using data from the two online consultation platforms with the largest number of doctors, and empirically studies the influence of inbounding capacity of the three platforms on doctors’ multihoming usage preference and the moderating effects of individual characteristics of doctors. The results showed that lower patient diversity and higher patient concentration of the platform inbounding encouraged doctors to increase their preference for consultation on the platform. There was a quadratic relationship between the number of patients treated by platform inbounding and doctors’ preference for consultation, which first flattened and then decreased. In addition, the different personality and professional status of doctors have different moderating effects on the relationship between the diversity of patients with platform inbounding, the concentration degree of patients with platform inbounding, the number of patients with platform inbounding and doctors’ preference for consultation.

Manufacturer’s Financing Strategy in a Dual-Channel Supply Chain Based on the Behavior of Fairness Concern
YANG Lifang,ZHOU Yongwu,CAO Bin
This study establishes a dual-channel model in which the manufacturer with capital constraint sells products through both online and traditional channels, introducing fairness concern of the retailer in traditional channels, and discusses manufacturer’s financing strategy choice. The results show that decision variables and manufacturer’s optimal financing strategies depend on fairness concern parameter. The intensification of competition leads to a higher manufacturer’s wholesale price, a higher direct sales price as well as a higher retailer’s direct retail price. When the financing party increases the loan interest rate, the manufacturer’s wholesale price and direct sales price will increase, and the both price with financing are higher than those without financing. It is better for the manufacturer to choose third-party platform financing when the fairness concern parameter is low; while the manufacturer may adopt bank financing when the fairness concern parameter is high.

Research on Service Strategy of Recycling Platform Considering Bargaining
WANG Kun,XU Fangchao
Based on the phenomenon that the recycling platform takes advantage of information to bargain for discounted used products, this studyexplores recycling strategies of the recycling platform under no trade-in for new and trade-in for new mode of bargaining scenario and non-bargaining scenario. Conclusions show that: the recycling platform can obtain higher profits in the bargaining scenario than in the non-bargaining scenario. In the no trade-in for new mode, when the durability of refurbished and used product are high and the difference between them is small, the recycling platform achieves multi-win from the perspectives of profit, consumer surplus and environmental impact under the bargaining scenario; In the trade-in for new mode, when the durability of refurbished product is high and the durability of used product is moderate, the recycling platform can also achieve multi-win from the three perspectives in the bargaining scenario. Based on the three perspectives, the trade-in for new mode is better than the no trade-in for new mode when the durability of used product is above medium and the gap between them is small; When the durability of refurbished product is above medium, the no trade-in for new mode is better than the trade-in for new mode.
