1739 Solution Development Mechanism under Service-Dominant Logic——Based on Neusoft Exploratory Case Study
XU Hui,ZHOU Qi,ZHANG Chaomin
This study takes Neusoft as the analysis object, and deconstructs the solution development mechanism under the service-dominant logic through exploratory case study. The results show that solution development process faces the constraints of vague customer needs and enterprise solution development capabilities. The key for the enterprise to design and delivery solutions is to enabling customers to participate in the development process and integrating resources needed to improve development capabilities. With the dynamic changes of the development situation, the enterprise recognizes customer needs by promoting the transformation of customer participation roles, and uses the transformation of resource integration roles to enhance solution development capabilities. In order to achieve value creation, the solution development under the service-dominant logic shows an evolutionary process, in which the customized formal characteristics of the solution gradually weaken.

1756 Scholars’ Reflection and Pursuit of “Truth, Goodness, and Beauty” in Responsible Management Research
ZHANG Jing,LIU Jun
The issue of responsible management research has been paid more and more attention by academic circles. Since previous studies focused more on the technical and methodological aspects of management research itself, it is necessary to reflect on this issue from the perspective of scholars and take corresponding actions. In view of this, based on the interdisciplinary analysis perspective and Wang Guowei’s three academic realms, this paper puts forward three paths for scholars’ self reflection: Firstly, academic identity reflection: what is your academic “label”? Secondly, academic motivation reflection: what leads you to the academic road? Thirdly, academic objectives reflection: what is the ultimate pursuit of the academic path? Furthermore, based on the specific requirements of responsible management research, this paper calls on management scholars to take the pursuit of truth, goodness and beauty as the core of value, adhere to the principle of “seeking truth with sincerity”, “pursuing goodness with Tao” and “seeking beauty to harmony”, to undertake the sacred mission of responsible management research.

1772 An Analysis of the Moderating Role of Slack Resources and Absorptive Capacity on the Relationship between Servitization of Manufacturing and Enterprise Value
PAN Rongrong,LUO Jianqiang,YANG Zichao
In order to explore the relationship between servitization of manufacturing and enterprise value, this study made an empirical analysis based on the panel data of 740 advanced manufacturing enterprises in two markets from 2013 to 2019. The regulatory effect of slack resources composed of absorbed and unabsorbed ones as well as absorptive capacity on the relationship between servitization and enterprise value was also described. The results show that there is an inverted U-shaped relationship between servitization of manufacturing and enterprise value. Absorbed slack resources negatively moderate the “servitization-value” relationship, while unabsorbed slack resources and absorptive capacity have positive moderate effects.

1790 The Influence Mechanism of Employee Perceived Non-Decent Work on Job Engagement: A Chain Mediation Model Test
ZHANG Guanglei,XIE Qi, CHEN Silu, FAN Mingyu
Based on self-concept theory and self-determination theory, this study explored the relationship between perceived non-decent work and job engagement. This study found that when employee perceived non-decent work increases, their self-esteem tends to be affected, which further influences three types of job crafting (i.e., relational crafting, task crafting, cognitive crafting) and job engagement. Specifically, when employee perceived non-decent work decreases their self-esteem, on the one hand, it leads to less relational crafting and job engagement; on the other hand, it leads to more task crafting and cognitive crafting, resulting in more job engagement.

1798 The Process and Mechanism of Ambidextrous Activities Transition of Strategic Entrepreneurship from the Perspective of Management Cognitive Change
TENG Ying,DU Huayong,LI Qiyuan
Based on the grounded theory research, this study explores the process and mechanism of transition from utilization to exploitation in the time-separation balanced model of strategic entrepreneurship. This research finds that: in the time-separation balanced model, the ambidextrous activities of strategic entrepreneurship present the sequence of actions of “repeated utilization—incremental utilization—bricolage exploration—searching exploration”, in which incremental utilization and bricolage exploration are not only the key to ambidextrous activities transition, but also the key bridges to integrate opportunity searching and advantage searching. Through influencing the decision logic, management cognitive change dominates the action sequence of ambidextrous activities transition from utilization to exploration, which leads to the replacement and sustainability of enterprise advantage from efficiency advantage, functional advantage to synergy advantage.

1814 The Impact of Network Embedding, Behavior Tactics and Cognitive Flexibility on Frugal Innovation Performance of SMEs under Configuration View
QU Xiaoyu
Taking 16 small and medium-sized enterprises as samples, the study analyzes the configuration impact of network embedding, behavior tactics and cognitive flexibility by fsQCA, and reveals the multiple concurrent mechanisms that influence frugal innovation performance. The results show that: firstly, single market network embedding, institutional network embedding, bricolage strategy, improvisation strategy or cognitive flexibility are not the necessary conditions for frugal innovation performance. Secondly, there are three paths to achieve high frugal innovation performance, namely dual network embedding driving type, bricolage and cognitive driving under market network embedding type, and improvisation and cognitive driving under institution network embedding type. Different paths represent multiple ways to achieve high frugal innovation performance. Thirdly, there are two paths to achieve non-high frugal innovation performance, namely bricolage and improvisation coexistence type and network-cognitive lack type. In other words, high and non-high frugal innovation performance paths are not completely opposites.

1822 Price and Quality Decision of Knowledge Payment from the Perspective of Property Protection Strategy
MA Tao,LIU Zhengchi,CHEN Wenwu
Considering the common infringement problem in knowledge payment, this study constructs a three-stage game basic model and an extended model to investigate the provider’s optimal property protection strategy, pricing mechanism and quality decision. The results show that the optimal property protection strategy depends on the proportion of moral consumers and social pirate tolerance, and there is a “non-linear” relationship between it and the proportion of moral consumers. Meanwhile, the optimal knowledge price increases with the proportion of moral consumers and the intensity of property protection, and decreases with the increase of social pirate tolerance. Lastly, the optimal knowledge quality increases with the increase of property protection intensity, and decreases with the increase of social pirate tolerance. This study implies that, considering the “behavior effect” and “information effect”, the strictest intellectual property protection strategy is not necessarily optimal. Tension and relaxation is the rational choice.

1830 Research on Social Influencing Mechanism of Online Doctor Teams Based on Auto-Logistic Actor Attribute Model
LIU Xuan,CHI Xiaotong,FAN Jing
This study investigated the diffusion mechanism of online doctor teams from social influencing perspectives, based on the platform “haodf.com”, 900 doctors were chosen as the research sample, and the auto-logistic actor attribute model (ALAAM) was used to construct the contagiousness effect model. To explore the factors that affect doctors’ decision in joining the online doctor team, the study comprehensively consider the network structure effect and the actor attribute effect, so the contagiousness effect model were constructed and the social influence were analyzed in two different networks, hospital network and knowledge network. The research results show that the effect of the actor’s attributes in the two networks has a similar influence mechanism on the behavior of doctors joining the teams. Doctors with higher decision capital and online reputation are more likely to join the team while the influence of professional title is negative. The network structure of the two networks has different effects on the dependent variable. The contagion effect of networks based on similar professional knowledge backgrounds contributes more to the development of online doctor teams compared with the contagion effect based on offline connections.

1840 Research on Behavior and Performance of Socially Responsible Investing Based on Fund Holdings
ZHANG Cheng,ZHU Shushang,WU Ying,CHEN Mingquan
This paper adopts fund-level CSR to measure fund social responsibility, and studies the behavioral characteristics and financial performance of socially responsible investing of funds in China. The regression analysis on investment behavior shows that Chinese socially responsible funds value environmental protection and that there are size and value effects on fund social responsibility. Better fund social responsibility benefits investment performance overall, while further research based on fund social responsibility subscores shows that funds may to some extent sacrifice financial performance for environmental protection and that they can also benefit from valuing narrow-sense social responsibility and shareholder interests. The above three dimensions related to investment performance echo the ESG criteria widely accepted by the international community, respectively, but they are rooted in the traditional Taoist and Confucian culture of China.

1851 Information Disclosure by Industry and Firm’s Cost Stickiness Based on Peer Effect
ZHAO Ling,HUANG Hao
Based on the quasi-natural experiment of the Shanghai-Shenzhen Stock Exchange’s staggered release of information disclosure guidelines for listed companies by sub-sector, this study empirically tests the impact of disclosure by industry on the stickiness of cost. The difference-in-difference model result shows that the implementation of disclosure policies in different industries has significantly decreased firm’s stickiness of cost. Moreover, this effect is more pronounced in Firms with relatively high operating expense rates, which shows that information disclosure by industry can strengthen information spillover, increase peer pressure among enterprises, and promote backward enterprises to better control expenses. Further analysis shows that disclosure by industry reduces the stickiness of cost by strengthening executive compensation performance sensitivity and increasing analyst tracking.

1860 Research on Multiple Products Pricing and Assortment under Consumer Returns
GUO Xiaolong,CHENG Yuxing,HUANG Ganquan,YU Yugang
This study considers the sales problem of an online retailer making joint pricing and refund rate decisions for multiple substitute products that may be returned by consumers during a certain sales season. The nested logit model is adopted in this study to describe and analyze the consumer’s purchase and return behaviors, and the optimal solution of this sales problem is proved to exist and be unique. The results show that, within a certain scale, the more products sold on the market by the retailer at the same time, the higher optimal price and refund rate of each product, and although the profitability of a single product will be weakened, the retailer will obtain more total profits finally. Furthermore, considering the problem that the retailer’s number of products could not be increased infinitely due to various limitations in practice, this study introduces the optimal strategy for products assortment, which provides some theoretical guidance for firms to make relevant decisions.

1881 The Bridge between “Intent” and “Reality”: A Literature Review of Human Resource Management Implementation
CHEN Yuyao,LIU Yeshen,ZHANG Zhengtang,LIU Ning
Human resource management implementation is not only of benefit to employees’ performance and work attitude but also has a positive effect on organizational performance, in which line managers play an important role. Based on the literature review method, this paper sorts out and analyzes the measurement methods, influencing factors, and outcomes of human resource management implementation. The research finds that the line managers’ human resource management beliefs, abilities, and motivations contribute to human resource management implementation. However, HRM responsibilities may also be a burden. Only when line managers have enough time and energy can the implementation of human resource issues be promoted. More than that, organizational support, organizational climate, and espoused HRM practices will also have an impact on it. Based on the above analysis, the study puts forward an integrated model of this topic and offers suggestions for future research, such as exploring the influencing factors, mechanisms, and outcome variables, focusing on the interaction of cultural context and digital economy.
