978 Influence of Leader Narcissism on Subordinates’ Ingratiation under the Background of Information Network Technology
LIU Lei,ZHANG Yajun,ZHANG Jinlong,LU Lu,ZHANG Junwei,LIU Wenxing
Ingratiation is one of the most widely used impression management strategies in organizational context. Drawing from power dependence theory, this study examines the influence mechanism and boundary conditions of leader narcissism on subordinates’ ingratiation. Hierarchical linear model (HLM) analysis was conducted using three-wave data collected from 289 employees of 81 groups to examine the hypothesis. Empirical results indicates that leader narcissism has a positively indirect impact on subordinate’s ingratiation through the mediation effect of impression management motive. Centralization moderates the relationship between leader narcissism and impression management motive. In addition, centralization exaggerates the mediation effect of impression management motive between leader narcissism and ingratiation, such that when the degree of centralization is higher, the mediation effect is stronger. The conclusions of this study have important theoretical implications for understanding the relationship between leader narcissism and subordinates’ ingratiation.

988 Research on the Mechanism of Team Faultlines and Team Creativity under the Context of Paradoxical Leadership
杜娟,赵曙明,林新月
With increasing global market competition, work teams have gradually replaced individual forms of work andbecome the basic business work unit in organizations. How to inspire team creativity to improve productivity and performance is urgently needed to be explored in the theoretical and practical field. Based on the Input-Process-Output model, a moderated mediation model is constructed concerning team faultlines, team behavior integration, team creativity and paradoxical leadership. We conducted a multi-sourced and time-lagged surveyon 291 employees of 80 work teams from 20 companies. The resultsshow that: team faultlines are significantly negatively related to team creativity, and team behavior integration plays a mediating role. Paradoxical leadership negatively regulates the indirect relationship between team faultlines and team creativity through team behavior integration.

1016 Research on the Mechanism of Geographical Proximity Affecting Inter-Regional Collaboration Networks and Regional Innovation Performance
XIE Qijun,SONG Wei
According to 32 000 joint invention patents across provinces in China, we verified the relationships among geographic proximity, cooperative network and regional innovation performance with the help of social network analysis and regression analysis. In addition, we tested the mediating effect of cooperative network and moderating effect of openness. This study found that geographic proximity (weighted by the granted invention patents of provinces) not only enriched the structural holes, but also helped to enhance regional centrality and clustering in cooperative network. Moreover, the three characteristic variables (clustering, structural holes, and centrality) of cooperative network can mediate the impact of geographic proximity on regional innovation performance. In addition, openness positively moderated the relationship between cooperative network (clustering and centrality) and regional innovation performance.

1033 Research on Organization Collaboration Mechanism and Simulation of Maker Organization
ZHANG Cheng,TANG Fangcheng
Based on the theory of organization collaboration, this study deeply analyzes the organization collaboration mechanism of maker organizations, and establishes a system dynamics simulation model based on the organization collaboration mechanism. Taking the maker organizations in Shenzhen as an example, a degree of the organization synergy, attractiveness, willingness to cooperate, and organizational risk of maker organization were measured by simulation. This research found that: makers, maker organizations and collaborative organizations are respectively located at the core layer, middle layer and peripheral layer of the organization collaboration system, which is composed of factor systems including talent system, capital system, innovation achievement system and an organization collaborative evaluation system of maker organizations. In the organization collaboration system, multiple organizations conduct organization collaboration and resource collaboration. Each organization inputs and outputs external elements, and forms a causal feedback path for the organization collaboration system through the interactive response mechanism of internal and external environmental elements, which affects the collaborative innovation among organizations and interactive action among subsystems; The simulation results show that the maker organization has an active role in promoting collaborative innovation and improving innovation competitiveness.

1043 Research on Environmental Management System Certification and Corporate Environmental Performance
ZHANG Zhaoguo,ZHANG Chi,PEI Xiao
Taking the companies listed in heavy polluting industries as samples, this research studies the relationship between environmental management system certification and corporate environmental performance, as well asits mediation path from the perspective of certification motivation. Through the study, it is found that environmental management system certification can improve corporate environmental performance, playing a role as “an environmental protection tool”, and that this impact is more pronounced in state-owned holding companies and after the new environmental protection law is promulgated and implemented. Further analysis finds that in the impact of environmental management system certification on corporate environmental performance, environmental technology innovation, environmental protection investment and corporate environmental governance play a mediating role, while environmental information disclosure has not played such a role. These conclusions have implications for further understanding of the role played by environmental management system certification and the mediation path in Chinese enterprises.

1052 Research on the Influence of Industrial Green Transformation on Boundary Environment Performance
YANG Liuqingqing
Based on the monitoring data of the national river basin water quality monitoring stations and the seven major river systems from 2004 to 2018, the progressive triple difference (DDD) method was used to explore the internal logic between industrial green transformation and boundary environment optimization. The study found that industrial green transformation reduces the main water quality pollution indicators of provincial border counties, and its impact path is: ① The existing promotion assessment mechanism also includes mandatory emission reduction and GDP indicators, and promoting industrial green transformation can achieve economic development and environmental optimization at the same time. More in line with the assessment requirements; ② Under the decentralization system, the provincial government directly connects with the county government, and at the same time strengthens the environmental accountability mechanism for the latter to limit the boundary pollution problem caused by the “bottom-by-bottom competition” strategy; ③ boundary Most of the counties are farming areas with economic backwardness and ecological fragility. In order to change the status quo, local governments use expanded autonomy to formulate favorable policies that are suitable for local conditions. According to this, no matter from the perspective of realizing government functions or personal promotion of officials, promoting industrial green transformation is the best development path, which can ultimately achieve the dual goals of economic development and environmental optimization.

1086 The Optimization Research of Multi-Category Unpaired Supply-Demand and Arbitrary Split Pickup and Delivery Vehicle Routing Problem with Multi-Depot and Multi-Type Trucks
XU Dongyang,LI Kunpeng,ZHENG Piao,TIAN Qiannan
To optimize the raw material allocation system of multi-point productionenterprises, this paper studies the pickup and delivery vehicle routing problem (PDVRP) by comprehensive considering several factors including multi-depot, multi-type, multi-category, unpaired supply-demand andarbitrary split pick up and delivery for customers. Based on the optimization objective of minimizing the transportation costs given by the travelling distances×the weight of transportation goods, a mixed integer optimization model is established, and a two-stage heuristic algorithm is designed. In the first stage, a greedy heuristic algorithm based on transportation efficiency is constructedto obtain the initial feasible solution. In the second stage, a variable neighborhood search algorithm is applied to improve the quality of initial solution. The effectiveness of the above model and algorithm are verified by 6 actual cases in an enterprise. Computational results show that: The construction of initial solution considering transportation efficiency has obvious advantages. The proposed algorithm is superior to the existing algorithm in terms of solution quality and computational time. Compared to the manual allocation scheme, the allocation scheme proposed in this paper can help related enterprises save transportation costs and vehicle trips.

1096 Replenishment Policy of Supply Chain Coordination via Revenue Sharing with Risk Aversion and Promotional Advertisement
DAI Jiansheng,YU Shiyan
This study takes CVaR method to investigate supply chain coordination viaa revenue-sharing policy, where the retaileris is risk averse, and can improve demand of commodity through promotional advertisements, and exert emergency ordering after demand realization. From the perspective of risk aversion, it characterizes the conditions for supply chain coordinationto be achieved, and depicts relationships among policy parameters and feasible area of the coordination policies. It shows that supply chain coordination is achieved more likely with replenishment ordering than without replenishment ordering. What’s more, the higher the rate of delayed supply is, the smaller the salvage value is,and the lower the emergency production cost is, the more likely the supply chain coordination will be realized. In order to achieve channel coordination, there must exist the following relationships among the policy parameters: Both purchase price and replenishment price are linearly increasing in revenue sharing ratio of the retailer, and linearly decreasing in advertising cost allocation ratio of the retailer. In particular, changes of the parameters such as risk aversion of the retailer, delayed supplyrate, salvage value and emergency production cost, only affect the replenishment price, but have nothing to do with the purchase price.
