328 Bricolage: Emergence of the GuanduShangban Company in Late Qing
SHE Xueqiong,WANG Liping
This study applies historical research and bricolage theory to expound the process of the GuanduShangban company emergence. The bricolage of a new organizational form consists of two inner sub-process, element selection and element combination. Moreover, the combination needs elements’ combability and legitimation of the new hybrid. And institutional logics play fundamental roles during such a bricolage process. The Westernization Group and the Conservative Group choose or accept organizational elements of the certificated merchant monopoly and the modern company with guidelines provided by their holding government-ruling logics. Then these two kinds of elements, via the frames derived from a higher-level social logic of Chinese “Gong”, become compatible with each other and combine into a new organizational form, namely GuanduShangban company.

344 Research on the Mechanism of the Institutional Opportunity Capture of Private Enterprises——A Nested Case Study on TBEA
XU Hui,ZHANG Chaomin,DENG Weisheng,SHAN Yu
Based on the case study of TBEA, this study takes the key milestones cases of enterprise development as the analysis unit to explore the question construct of institutional opportunity capture internal mechanism of the private enterprises in the context of transitional economy. The results show that: (1)Institutional change has driven two types of institutional opportunities: exploratory institutional opportunity and exploitatory institutional opportunities, enterprises capture opportunities for domestic and foreign exploratory institutional opportunities respectively through resource reconstruction and reflexive construction mechanisms; and enterprises capture opportunities for domestic and foreign exploitatory institutional opportunities respectively through resource combination and identity reconfiguration mechanisms; (2) For private enterprises, The differences between opportunity types and embedded situations lead to the heterogeneity of their capture mechanisms;(3) different field characteristics have different emphasis on capture mechanism: domestic opportunity capture focuses on “resource” and pursues the complementarity of national needs and development consistency; foreign opportunity capture focuses on “identity” and provides solutions for host country support.

365 The Effect of Leader-Follower Value Congruence in Power Distance and Perceived Insider Status on Employee Voice under the Perspective of Leader-Follower Gender Combination
LI Shuwen,LUO Jinlian,LIANG Fu
Employee voice is a kind of behavior that employees informally and voluntarily reflect the problems in their work to their superiors, or express their opinions and suggestions in order to improve the efficiency of organization operation and promote organizational change. However, at present, there exists a paradox between leaders’ expectation of employee’s voice and employees’ unwillingness to give it in organizational practice. Leader-follower value congruence in power distance and leader-follower gender combination maybe provide a new perspective to explain the paradox. Drawing on bootstrapping and polynomial regression analysis, a three-phase survey data were collected from 182 employees of Chinese traditional manufacturing industry to test the effect of leader-follower value congruence in power distance on employee voice. The research results show that the more congruent between leaders and subordinates in power distance, the stronger in perceived insider status of subordinates. And perceived insider status mediates the relationship between leader-follower value congruence in power distance and voice. The effect of leader-follower value congruence in power distance on voice is stronger when the same gender between leader and follower, and the effect of leader-follower value congruence in power distance on perceived insider status is stronger when the different gender between leader and follower. The research reveals the different influence paths of value congruence on employee voice in the context of different gender combination between leader and subordinate in traditional Chinese manufacturing enterprises.

383 Cooperatives in the Perspective of Platform Organization and the Formalization of Informal Entrepreneurial Farmers
ZHANG Wenge,MAI Yiyuan,YE Zhuxin
Based on institutional theory and platform organization view, this paper explores how farmers cooperatives can help informal entrepreneurs transition from informal to formal market. By analyzing the market entry process of five farmer cooperatives, the results showed that the multi-stage and multi-level institutional strategies of rural cooperative organizations can promote the formalization process of informal entrepreneurs (i.e., thinking inspiration—capability building—relationship orchestration—market legitimacy). Nevertheless, the formalization process is continuous and fragile, and it will be affected by the business performance, relationship network, inclusive market and empowerment policy.

394 A Study on the Relationship between Financial Aspirations, Family Emotional Attachment and Entrepreneurial Persistence
LYU Feifei,ZHANG Ke,ZHU Lina,GAO Hao
On the basis of behavioral theory of the firm and socioemotional wealth perspective, by analyzing a sample of 194 start-firms in China, our results show that the relationship between the realization extent of financial aspirations and entrepreneurial persistence is inverted U shaped. This study also reveals that family emotional attachment significantly moderates the relationship between the level of realization extent of financial aspirations and entrepreneurial persistence, in which the relationship is more negative tothose with low, as opposed to high. The effects of realization extent of financial aspiration on entrepreneur’s persistence become U shaped when family emotional attachment is high. We propose that entrepreneurs are more likely to sustain themselves in start-up ventures when they have more sensibility than sense. This studyextends the unidimensional view of mixed gambles, in which managers either focus on financial or emotional factors, to a decision context whichinvolves both financial and nonfinancial drives simultaneously.

402 A Study on the Relationship between Regulatory Focus and Entrepreneurial Opportunity Recognition
LIU Yiran,ZHANG Yuli,HAO Xiling
Basing on the opportunity recognition research and regulatory focus theory, opportunity recognition is defined as the cognitive process of making alignment between the market and technology. Using experiment method, this study tries to untangle how different kinds of motivation impact structure similarity effect. Through a questionnaire survey of 245 entrepreneurs, this study finds that: ①promotion focus facilitates the formation of structural similarity, while prevention focus hinders the formation of structural similarity; ②technical knowledge positively moderates the relationship between promotion focus and structural similarity and negatively moderates the relationship between prevention focus and structural similarity; ③and the moderating effect of market knowledge is insignificant.

411 Knowledge Spillover Effect of Regional Innovation System Based on Digestive Absorption Threshold
SU Yi,LIN Zhouzhou
From the perspective of value chain, this studydivides the process of regional innovation into two stages, technology R&D and economic transformation. Then it constructs panel threshold regression models of two stages by using the panel data of 30 regions in China during 2009~2016, taking the regional digestive absorption level as the threshold variable, and empirically analyzes knowledge spillover effects of the two-stage regional innovation activities. The results show that knowledge spillover effect in technology R&D stage has a significantly double threshold characteristic. With the increase of digestive absorption level threshold, the depression effect of knowledge spillover on regional innovation output of the technology R&D stage gradually decreases. The knowledge spillover effect in economic transformation stage has a significantly double threshold characteristic. With the increase of digestive absorption level threshold, the promotion effect of knowledge spillover on regional innovation output of the economic transformation stage first rises and then descends. R&D expenditure intensity, R&D manpower, regional innovation institutions, the cost of new product development and the degree of openness have significantly positive impacts on regional innovation output.

422 Research on Pricing Strategy and Coordination of Medical Service Supply Chain Based on Patient Choice
GAO Lingyu,WANG Xiaoli
In the fact that patients waiting time is longer and the medical service price is chaos, a medical service supply chain model which constitutes of patients, medical institutions and government is built. Based on the patients’ preferences and different waiting time, the optimal pricing strategy and coordination mechanism are analyzed. The result shows that compared with the decentralized decision making, medical institutions cooperation referral system can reduce patient waiting and improve medical consultations, but patients’ utility is declined. While the centralized decision-making under the leading of government can increase patients’ utility and achieve supply chain coordination, by using the preservation cost & revenue sharing contract.

431 The Duopoly Pricing Competition Considering Service Waiting Cost
KONG Ruixiao,LUO Li, ZHANG Yumeng,YANG Jianchao
This studyconsiders there are two service firms who provide the same type of service in the market, and each is modeled as an M/M/1 queuing system. In order to alleviate the negative impact caused by consumer waiting in the queue, a service firm will take some measures and bear the incurred cost, that is, the service waiting cost. However, the cost will have an impact on the competitive behavior of the service firms. In this regard, we analyze the duopoly competition pricing decisions and benefits with the consideration of the service waiting cost. The results show that the firm’s price and profit both have positive relationship with its own customer loyalty degree. The prices and profits of the firms both decrease as the own-price elasticity coefficients increase, and increase as the cross-price elasticity coefficients increase. In addition, the prices of the firms increase as the service waiting costs increase. However, the service waiting cost of a firm has negative effect on its own profit, but has positive effect on the profit of the other firm.

439 Diversified Operations and Corporate Stock Price Crash Risk
XU Yekun,CHEN Shishuo, MA Guangyuan
Taking listed companies from 2007 to 2017 as the sample, this studyinvestigates the relationship between corporate diversification and stock price crash risk. The results suggest that diversified operations could aggravate rather than diversify stock price crash risk even if diversification can decrease operational risk, especially for enterprises implementing unrelated diversification strategies. The results of channel tests show that information opacity and tax avoidance play partial mediating roles in the relation. Moreover, the positive relation is more significant for state-owned enterprise, for enterprises with non-Big4 auditors or higher institutional shareholders’ shareholdings. In addition, for enterprises located in regions with lower marketization, where the industry supported by industrial policy or confronted with lower economic policy uncertainty, diversification is more likely to aggravate corporate crash risk.

467 A Research Review on Manufacturing Enterprises Servitization Paradox
ZHAO Yanping,PAN Rongrong,LUO Jianqiang,YANG Zichao
The servitization paradox is one of the important factors affecting the servitization transition of manufacturing enterprises. In order to deeply study the servitization paradox, this paper adopts the systematic literature review method, starting from the concept and manifestation, and then constructs a conceptual model of the cause of the servitization paradox. In addition, the basic ideas and specific strategies for preventing the servitization paradox are given. Moreover, this paper looks forward to some directions that should be focused on in future research. The results show that the inconsistency in the measurement of indicators of the servitization degree and enterprise performance, the classification of service categories, and the selection of research objects, has led to different manifestations of servitization paradox. The cause of the servitization paradox comes down to a variety of influencing factors inside and outside the enterprise. Based on the principle of effective matching of service supply and demand, this paper proposes that the servitization paradox should be avoided bythe adjustment of organizational structure, the promotion of resources and capabilities, and the innovation of service.
