Case Study on the Implementation Mechanism of Data-Driven Mass Customization from the Perspective of Supply Chain Ambidexterity
ZHANG Mingchao,SUN Xinbo,QIAN Yu,LI Jinzhu
From the perspective of supply chain ambidexterity, we take Kutesmart Company Limited as the case to discuss the implementation mechanism of data-driven mass customization, aiming to open the “black box” of mass customization. In the process of mass customization, Kuteamart realizes the customer ambidexterity(exploration and utilization) to accurately capture heterogeneous requirements through establishing the customer data sources; the process ambidexterity (efficiency and flexibility)to complete the fine operation of the personalized production process through establishing the process data flow; and the partner ambidexterity(competition and cooperation) to optimally ration resources or services through establishing the partner data network.

Double-Case Study on Endogenous Inclusive Growth Promoted by Internet Enabling and Bottom-of-the-Pyramid Entrepreneurship
LIU Yajun
The inclusive development driven by exogenous factors has always been confronted with the contradiction between fairness and efficiency. The endogenous inclusive growth we proposed emphasizes spontaneous, sustainable and inclusive growth with the development of human capacity as the core, which is enabled by e-commerce entrepreneurship in the Internet era. Based on the phenomenon of the booming Chinese “Taobao villages”, this article adopts a comparative study on the double case method to interpret the mechanism and path of the endogenous inclusive growth. By reducing transaction costs, startup costs and learning cost, and the structure of empowerment, empowerment and psychological empowerment of resources, the Internet enabled and promoted the whole process of endogenous inclusive development: from the emergence of e-commerce venture seeds, the underlying subject to fission reproduction, to business agglomeration and industry cluster of points, lines, the spontaneous development, finally automatically to realize the inclusive growth.

Exploring the Micro-Political Risk of Politically-Sensitive Overseas Investment: The Perspective of Opposed Stakeholders’ Behavior
HE Jinhua,TIAN Zhilong
By conducting a longitudinal case study on Myitsone, we have, in this study, explored the political risk formation mechanism of politically-sensitive overseas investment from the perspective of stakeholder’ behavior, and constructed an analytical framework based on the perspective of triple focus organization-non-supportive stakeholders. By the results of our study, we have discovered: the investment will not only be regarded as the political behavior of home country government and the host government but also be considered as the economic behavior of investment enterprise, which will, in turn, leads to the self-interested antagonistic behavior of the non-supportive stakeholders from the international-level, host social-level, enterprise or project-level, and then makes the investment face to the hostile political risk caused by the host country government behavior preference change, uncertainty political events, and de-legitimacy.

Study on the Influencing Mechanism of Humble Leader Behaviors on Employee Job Performance Based on Social Information Processing Theory
ZHOU Jiantao,LIAO Jianqiao
In a study of 436 employees nested within 86 workgroups, this study examined the cross-level effects of humble leader behaviors on employee job performance and investigated the moderating role of employee power distance orientation as well as the mediating role of team empowerment climate playing in the linkage between humble leader behaviors and employee job performance based on social information processing theory. This study found that humble leader behaviors were positively related to employee task performance, helping behavior and employee voice, with team empowerment climate partially mediating these relationships. Further, employee power distance orientation had differential moderating effects on the relationships between humble leader behaviors and task performance, helping behavior and employee voice.

Research on the Relationship between Organization Expected Contributions and Employee Creativity from a ‘Mianzi’ Perspective
LI Zhaomin,ZHAO Shuming
From a ‘mianzi’ perspective of Chinese native culture, this study uses the ability-based mianzi stress as the mediator variable and organization offered inducements as the moderator variable to explore the influence mechanism of organization expected contributions (OECs) on employee creativity. We have conducted large-scale questionnaire surveys of three types of employees such as the manager, industrial worker, and R&D personnel in 90 big or middle manufacturing enterprises. The results show that OECs has an inverted U-shape effect on employee’s ability-based mianzi stress and creativity respectively; employee’s ability-based mianzi stress shows a mediating role on the inverted U-shape relationship between OECs and employee creativity; and the interaction effect between OECs and OOIs has obviously strengthened employee creativity through a mediating role of employee’s ability-based mianzi stress.

A Family Embeddedness and Cross-Domain Perspective on Development Mechanism of Entrepreneurial Passion
TAO YaLI,Yanping
From the perspective of family embeddedness and based on self-determination theory, this study proposes that family environment boots entrepreneurial passion, by the mediating role of basic psychological needs satisfaction. Using survey data collected from 181 entrepreneur-family member triads, we find an indirect positive relationship between supportive family environment and entrepreneurs’ harmonious passion through the partial mediating effect of basic psychological needs satisfaction in the entrepreneurial domain. We also find the indirect positive effect of thwarting family environment on entrepreneurs’ obsessive passion through the total mediating effects of basic psychological needs satisfaction in entrepreneurial domain and family domain.

Research on the Relationship between Managers’ Succession Sources and Binary Innovation Choice of High-Tech Enterprises
XU Wei,ZHANG Rongrong,JIA Jun,LIU Yang
The research uses listed companies of National Torch Program key high-tech enterprises which are published by the Ministry of science and technology in 2010~2014 as samples. According to the unique institutional background of Chinese capital market, we conduct a comparative study of three types of managers who come from the rotation of positions, internal promotions, and external appointments. At the same time, we use employment duration and academic qualifications as context variables to explore the impact of managers’ succession sources on the binary innovation of enterprises under different scenarios. The study finds that managers from job rotation are not conducive to enterprise binary innovation and have a significant negative correlation with exploratory and exploitative innovation. External hiring managers are conducive to enterprise binary innovation and have a significant positive correlation with exploratory and exploitative innovation. Managers from internal promotion have a significant positive correlation with corporate exploitative innovation. Employment duration and academic qualifications have a moderating effect on the relationship between managers’ succession sources and enterprise binary innovation.

The Influence Mechanism of Customer Participation on Satisfaction: A Role Theory Perspective
ZHANG Guangling,PAN Zhihua
Based on the perspective of role theory, the structural equation modeling and indirect effect analysis are used to explore the impact and mechanism of customer participation on customer satisfaction. Through a questionnaire survey of 520 consumers, the results show that customer participation has an indirect negative effect on customer satisfaction. Firstly, customer participation positively affects customer role stress including role ambiguity, role conflicts and role overloads. Secondly, the increase of customer role stress will lead to customer burnout, that is, role stress mediates the relationship between customer participation and customer burnout. Finally, customer burnout leads to a decrease in customer satisfaction, that is, customer participation has a negative impact on customer satisfaction through the sequential mediation role of customer role stress and customer burnout.

Advertising Expenditures, Industry Concentration and Firm Performance
HUANG Qixing,WEN Xin
Based on firm marketing expenditure, this study explores advertising’s impact on firm performance and further examines the moderating effects of industry concentration and consumption industry. Based on 1754 listed firms in China, the results show that advertising expenditure do have a significant positive impact on firm performance. Furthermore, the positive impact is sustainable during the next two years after the expenditure and has a small decrease according to the coefficients of the model. At the same time, advertising in discretionary consumption industry seems to be more efficient than daily consumption industry. Industry concentration serves as a moderator in the process and companies in a more competitive industry enjoy a more efficient advertising expenditure, which shows for these firms, advertising is a useful tool to improve performance.

Personality Customization, Value Perception, and Knowledge Payment Pricing Strategy
LIU Zhengchi,MA Tao,SHEN Jilu
Based on the customization of knowledge production and the perceived value of consumer, a logic of selection of knowledge payment pricing strategy is proposed. To deeply discuss the influencing factors and timing of adoption of the two pricing strategies at different levels of customization, the mathematical models of fixed pricing and negotiated pricing were separately constructed. The comparing study shows that under the fixed pricing strategy, the provider’s yield depends on the level of knowledge customization and the marginal cost of knowledge production; under the negotiation pricing strategy, the provider’s yield depends on the marginal cost of knowledge production, negotiation cost and consumer’s bargaining power; within a certain range, when the level of knowledge customization is relatively low, a fixed pricing strategy should be adopted, otherwise a negotiated pricing strategy should be adopted. The influence mechanism is that the improvement of the knowledge customization standards will enhance the perceived value of the consumers, with the catalysis of differential pricing, the negotiated pricing has advantages over the other.

Performance Evaluation Model of Medical Insurance Funds in Uncertain Information Environment
YU Benhai,ZHI Rongteng,GUO Lin,WU Hengliang,CHENG Jun
This study constructs the performance evaluation index system of medical insurance funds from the perspective of the medical insurance fund operation process. The index system can be divided into three dimensions, fund raising, fund utilization and fund management. Besides, the improved D-S evidence theory is proposed based on conflict coefficient and similarity of evidence to measure the conflict degree of evidence accurately and to combine highly conflictive evidence effectively. This study develops a performance evaluation model of medical insurance funds based on improved D-S evidence theory and grey relational analysis to measure the uncertainty of medical insurance fund information and to combine the information. Yantai is set as an example to verify the proposed model. The results show that this model can solve the problems of evaluation indexes screening, index combination weights determination and multi-source evaluation information fusion. The evaluate results reflect actual conditions of medical insurance funds performance of pooling regions.

Information Sharing Strategy with Competing Manufacturers under Production Cost Reduction
XU Minghui,SUN Kangtai,YANG Dongsheng
Considering the problem of information sharing in a supply chain consisting of two competing manufacturers and a common retailer, under the condition that the retailer has more demand information and the manufacturer cuts the cost, the equilibrium decision of the supply chain members is obtained under different information sharing strategies, and the optimal information sharing strategy of the retailer is obtained. The results indicate that information sharing mitigates double marginalization and increases the profit of supply chain members when the manufacturers are efficient in cost reduction. Without information contracting, demand information will be disclosed by the retailer voluntarily if and only if the manufacturers are efficient in cost reduction. With information contracting, the demand information is shared by the retailer if the manufacturers are efficient in cost reduction or the competition between them is intense. Numerical study indicates that the retailer is likely to share information only with the manufacturer that is more efficient in cost reduction when the two manufacturers have asymmetric cost reduction efficiency.

Supply Chain Coordination under Two-Level Trade Credit with Default Risk
CHEN Zhiming,ZHOU Shaorui,ZHOU Jianhong
This research studies a three-stage supply chain wherein manufacturers provide trade credit to distributors and distributors provide trade credit to retailers. Based on the modified newsvendor model incorporating the factors of default risk and the time value of money, the optimal lot sizes are derived from the perspectives of retailers, distributors and manufacturers respectively. Then we analyze the impacts of the default probability and credit period on these lot sizes and discuss the coordination effectiveness of quantity discount contract under trade credit. The results show that the upstream deliveries may be less than the downstream order quantity due to the default risk, which causes a barrel effect or even a reversed bullwhip effect in the supply chain. The lot size of each firm negatively correlates with its own credit period while positively correlates with others’ credit period. A rational quantity discount contract should take comprehensive consideration of the impacts of expected profit, credit period, and default probability, whilst the effectiveness of such contract depends on whether the event of cutting order occurs.
