Abstract From the perspective of supply chain ambidexterity, we take Kutesmart Company Limited as the case to discuss the implementation mechanism of data-driven mass customization, aiming to open the “black box” of mass customization. In the process of mass customization, Kuteamart realizes the customer ambidexterity(exploration and utilization) to accurately capture heterogeneous requirements through establishing the customer data sources; the process ambidexterity (efficiency and flexibility)to complete the fine operation of the personalized production process through establishing the process data flow; and the partner ambidexterity(competition and cooperation) to optimally ration resources or services through establishing the partner data network.
