1285 The Study of Mechanisms of Diversities among Teams on Employee General Innovation Based on Multiple Team Membership Model
DUAN Guang,PANG Changwei
Multiple team membership (MTM) model is becoming increasingly predominant in most organizations. How would MTM influence employee general innovation? This paper focuses on the mechanisms of diversities among teams on general innovation. The empirical study shows that knowledge diversity among teams would promote employee learning, which is positively related with employee general innovation, and the relationship between employee learning and general innovation would be stronger under higher identity conflict. Atmosphere diversity among teams would promote identity conflict, which is negatively related with employee general innovation, and the relationship between identity conflict and general innovation would be weaker under higher employee learning.

1295 Research on Synergistic Mechanism of Project Planning and Cross-Functional Knowledge Integration
YU Miao,ZHU Fangwei,WANG Linzhuo
From the perspective of knowledge governance, taking three general contracting projects as examples for case studies, this paper discussed the synergistic mechanisms between project planning and knowledge integration within cross-functional project context. Based on the typical multi-case analysis, this paper not only identified the project planning process and knowledge integration process, but also examined the patterns of project planning during each project period, in order to construct a process model of dynamic synergy between project planning and cross-functional knowledge integration. It was found that the synergistic mechanisms between project planning and cross-functional knowledge integration vary according to the characteristics of content; the process gradually evolves from the contextual synergy at the initial planning stage towards multi-dimensional synergy at the latter implementation stage; during this process, the framework synergy of knowledge integration plays a core role with the output and project plan as the crucial barrier-crosser of cross-functional knowledge integration at the plan implementation stage.

1304 Legitimacy Mechanism and Acquisition Strategy of Social Enterprise Based on Cognitive Perspective
CHEN Yun,CHEN Xin
Based on the theory of cognition, we developed a legitimacy model of social enterprise. The model indicates legitimacy is a result of mutual construction between social enterprises and public. The public make judgments on legitimacy based on intuition as well as evaluation. Rhetorical and product strategies are effective strategies for social enterprises to gain moral legitimacy and pragmatic legitimacy, which will be influenced by environmental factors such as identity construction, situational embedding and development stage. These findings will benefit the research on the theory of social entrepreneurship and legitimacy, which also provide academic support for Chinese social enterprises implementing differentiating strategies to obtain legitimacy based on Chinese environment.

1311 Research on the Relationship between Inclusive Leadership and Voice Behavior:Based on Cognitive and Affective Integration Perspective
WANG Yanfei,HUANG Jiaxin,ZHU Yu
As the internal and external competitive environment of organizations is changing constantly, how to effectively stimulate employees’ s voice behavior has become a key issue for both theorists and practitioners. Based on cognitive-affective personality system theory, this study examined the positive effect of inclusive leadership on employee’ s voice behavior and the mediating role of perceived insider status and affective commitment. For testing the hypothesis, we collected data of 56 leaders and 306 employees from South China with a multi-source and follow-up method. Because of the different levels of inclusive leadership and other variables, this study used cross-level analysis to test the hypotheses. The statistical results show that: inclusive leadership has positive effect on employee’ s voice behavior, perceived insider status and affective commitment respectively; both perceived insider status and affective commitment have positive effect on employee’ s voice behavior; both perceived insider status and affective commitment act as mediators between the relationship of inclusive leadership and employee’ s voice behavior.

1327 Relationship between External Organizational Integration and New Service Development Performance: A Model of Mediation Moderated of Absorptive Capacity
JIAN Zhaoquan,ZENG Jinglian,LIU Yi
In the open network environment, external organizational integration(EOI) is a key factor in promoting innovation and improving its performance. This paper constructs a moderated mediation model to explain how EOI affects new service development performance(NSDP), explores the micro-mechanism how information sharing, relational coordination and co-participation affect NSDP by knowledge acquisition (KA). Based on a survey data from 247 service firms, the empirical findings show that information sharing, relational coordination and co-participation have significantly positive effects on NSDP; KA plays a partial mediation role in the relationship between organizational integration and NSDP. In addition, absorptive capacity(AC) positively moderates the relationship between KA and NSDP, and also enhances the mediation effects of KA, that is ,there exists a moderated mediation.

1337 The Impact of Venture Capital on the Effectiveness of Government Subsidies in Stimulating Corporate Innovation
XIE Guanghua,HAO Ying,JIN Shufei
This paper investigates how venture investments influence the efficiency of government subsidies on corporate innovation behavior, based on a broad cross-sectional sample of A-share listed firms from 2009 to 2015. We also analyze the differences among various characteristics of venture investments and its influencing mechanism. The findings are as follows. First, government subsidies and venture capital have a complementary effect on the corporate innovation; through its professional knowledge skills and management experience, venture capital can help enterprises allocate government subsidies resources more effectively, and increase the invention and utility model patents. Second, the effect of venture capital is different due to its characteristics, among which the high shareholdings and high reputation venture investments can better increase the high-quality innovation outputs. In addition, good corporate governance is necessary for the role of venture investments in corporate innovation. Third, as supervising and serving role is limited in firms with high management fee rate, venture investments of high reputation do not improve corporate innovation quality. Last, state-owned venture investments may participate in strategic innovation in state-owned enterprises and enterprises with high management expense ratio.

1359 The Moderating Effect of Ownership Concentration and Leadership Structure on the Relationship between Interlocking Director and Corporate Social Responsibility
YI Fengpeng,XU Erming,ZHANG Han
This study investigates the effect of interlocking director on corporate social responsibility, and further explores the moderating effect of ownership concentration and CEO duality based on institutional theory and agency theory. Using a sample of listed firms during the period 2011~2014,we find that interlocking director has a significantly positive effect on focal firm’s total corporate social responsibility. However, the positive effect on economic responsibility and environment responsibility is stronger than that on social responsibility. The impact of interlocking director on total corporate social responsibility becomes stronger with the increase of ownership concentration. However, ownership concentration’s moderation effect varies among different responsibilities. It strengthens the effect of interlocking director on economic responsibility, but it weakens the effect of interlocking director on environment responsibility. CEO duality moderates the relationship between interlocking director and corporate social responsibility without significance.

1370 The Strategy of Product Positioning and Entry Timing of Competing Firms under the Condition of Network Externalities
CHEN Ting,HOU Wenhua
This study analyzes the strategy of product positioning and entry timing of two firms that sequentially enter into a competitive market with network effect by establishing a continuous time model and noncooperative models of price and product positioning under the framework of Hotelling methodology. We analyze the influence of factors such as market growth rate, discount rate, network externality intensity and other parameters on Nash equilibrium. Finally, a numerical example was carried out to confirm correctness and validity of the theoretical analysis. It shows that the network externality intensity is an important factor affecting the positioning and entry timing of firms, and its mechanism is closely related to the market growth rate. Further, the impact mechanism of consumer travel costs on the profits of the two firms is not the same, and the impact on the profits of first-entrant is more complex.

1380 Research on Shipment Consolidation Policy for Fresh Products by Considering Limited Vehicle Capacity
CHEN Jing,WU Yifan
This paper disassembles the fixed transportation cost from the perspective of logistics Courier service company and formulates a shipment consolidation model for fresh products based on Quantity-based policy by considering random distribution service demand, limited vehicle capacity and product freshness requirement of customers to decide the optimal accumulated quantity making the average expected cost minimized. By analyzing this model, the inherent laws of the consolidation penalty cost, the transportation cost, the average consolidation penalty cost and the average transportation cost with consolidation quantity are investigated. And the algorithm to solve this model is developed. Lastly, a lot of numerical experiments are conducted to pointe out the condition that the shipment consolidation policy should be applied and the relationships of demand, product, cost and hardware capacity of logistics courier service company and consolidation quantity, number of vehicles, operating costs and customer service level.

1393 Influences of Cross-Shareholdings in Supply Chain on the Decision of Manufacturer’s Direct Channel
HE Lihong,HUANG Ganquan,ZHANG Zhewei
In the case of the cross-shareholdings of a retailer and a supplier in supply chain, this paper suggests the criteria for the manufacturer on when to open direct channel by comparing the re-distributed profits of the manufacturer and retailer before and after the dual-channel being opened. And the influences of the cross-shareholdings on the willingness of manufacturer to launch direct channel as well as their optimal decision-making under both single-channel and dual-channel scenarios are further explored. The results show that when the manufacturer holds a large share of the retailer, the manufacturer’s willingness to open direct channel is small, or even reluctant to open direct channel. Meanwhile, the retailer does not want the manufacturer to open direct channel. When the retailer holds a large share of the manufacturer, the willingness of manufacturer to open direct channel is also small, but the retailer is more likely to want manufacturer to open direct channel. In both single-channel and dual-channel scenarios, the increase of proportion of cross-shareholdings of one member in a supply chain will lead to the increase of the net profit of another one in supply chain. Thus, through the redistribution of profits, its own final profit increases and leads to another one’s decrease.

1402 Analysis and Motivation of Multi-Agent Behavior Relationship Based on Principle-Agent Models of Neutrality, Competition and Cooperation
ZHANG Guangjun,CHEN Xubin,LIU Renjing
This paper constructs three kinds of principal-agent models: neutrality, competition and cooperation. It analyzes the relationship between the optimal solution of each model and the model parameters, as well as compares and analyzes the applicable conditions of each model. On this basis, this paper proposes a unified double-agent model and promotes it to the circumstance of multi-agent and multi-target. The study results are as follows. In the double-agent model, agents’ optimal effort level and principals’ maximal revenue are positively correlated with agents’ output coefficient and the degree of interaction relationships between the agents, as well as negatively correlated with agents cost of unit effort and market fluctuations. Both the competitive and cooperative relations of the double agents are superior to the independent relationship of double agents. Whether the competitive relation between the double agents is superior to the cooperative relations of double agents or not depends on the size of the incentive effect. In addition, the conclusion of double-agent model can also be applied to the circumstances of single-task & multi-agent and multi-task & multi-agent.
