This paper makes the theoretical analysis and empirical test to expatriates’ willingness to return to the parent company from China’s enterprises of operating across border to provide decision support for repatriate management in China. Research results suggest that the determining factors of expatriates’ willingness to repatriate are correlation with organization aid and support, career management, expatriate task types, organization scale and culture and expatriates’ willingness to repatriate has not positive significant effect on organization aid and support, career management, but has positive significant effect on expatriate task types, organization scale and culture.
