Householder recycle is the prerequisite and basis of effectively diverting waste into resources.  Reviewed were the factors influencing householder recycle that were established.  Considering Chinese characteristics, three hypotheses of factors and a relationship mode are puts forward.  Both these factors and the relationship model can be considered as the references to researchers and decision makers to find out the factors influencing Chinese residents to recycle and to construct a model between the factors and Chinese residents recycling behavior.
