This paper is organized from the perspective of the responsible leadership. We adopt the case study method and discuss how the responsible leadership could establish the relationship networks by fulfilling the various social responsibilities actively to satisfy the demands of the relevant stakeholders thus to accumulate the social capital and eventually promotes the orderly and stable development of the company. Based on the Yihai case study we point out some phenomena which could not be explained by the present theory of the responsible leaders. Furthermore, we put forward the future research directions aiming at promoting the development of the responsible leadership theory.
